Within hours Daniel and I spoke on the phone, where I discussed my urgency for immediate service, and detailed the magnitude of filth, hoard, animal smell and deposits, cigarette smell and stains, laundry to bag etc. Undaunted, Daniel scheduled me for the next day and it turned out amazing. A punctual, energetic, friendly crew of three came to the job: José, Daniela and José Antonio, all of whom got to task immediately. I left them and came back four hours later and the job was complete. The apartment looked like the walls had been just painted. The furniture was steamed like new, bathroom glared, kitchen, bedroom, all looked thoroughly clean. Every shelf, cabinet, closet, beds, floors, tiles. By the time the job was complete, I was charged $600. I was ok with the "new" price because the crew did an OUTSTANDING job;however, I didn't like that I was caught off guard with the additional almost $300. Lastly, do NOT opt to pay this company using a credit/debit card or they will charge you for sales tax exceeding $20. Just ask for the "real price" and ensure to pay with a check or cash. Great work guys !
