The total visit was about 2 hours long and the Nurse Practitioner, Marci Blanks was very helpful, caring, and she addressed all of our needs. I felt that she truly cared about my child. She addressed some issues that had never been covered at my regular pediatrician's office and I was grateful she did. **We normally wait over 2 hours to be seen at our regular pediatrician and then it is another 2 hours of room waiting time after that. We regularly spend a total of 4 hours to go to a routine checkup and only one of the NPs is kind and helpful and the other one we see is not very attentive. My husband took our little one to another pediatric urgent care in town on a previous occasion (not pediatrics for all) and it took over 4 hours of waiting room time alone. By comparison, Pediatrics For All surpassed my expectations!** I want to note that the rooms were a little beaten up (i guess that is what happens with the territory of a young patient population) and it looked like the play room was under an extended construction that had been forgotten. But who really cares when you get good medical care otherwise? The seats in the lobby were soft and comfortable and made of a material that is easily cleaned so I felt decently comfortable and safe. The front desk staff were kind and attentive. Even though the internet went down for their credit card machine, they made it painless to pay later on. They helped me get things signed easily when I had a ton of stuff to carry. My toddler was treated nicely. And the medical assistant who weighed my little one was very kind and attentive. Everyone asked the right questions and made it a positive experience.

She said, "we don't treat the ribs." So I said, "okay well maybe it's my spine that's causing all the pain," She says, "we don't treat the spine." I said, "are you the medical professional?" She says no, she's not the medical professional but apparently working for a medical professional long enough qualifies you to just know whether the specialist is going to find anything wrong with you. My spouse has worked on an oil rig for 20+ years so I guess you could say I'm somewhat of an oilfield expert. y'know since we're now gaining our experience based on the people we're in close proximity to. ‍ Wow!! I'm so glad I got that referral to see that bone specialist so he could evaluate me and see if it's any of my joints or bones THAT HE DOES TREAT that might be causing all this pain. Thanks "medical professional" Heidi M who has magical powers allowing her to evaluate so quickly and easily diagnose and rule out the need to see her doctor right there over the phone in just a few minutes. Needless to say, she did not allow me to schedule to see her Dr. She knows best because she has been his assistant for many years.

After exhausting all my options, I met with Dr. Amjadi, who explained the reasons and a solution to help correct the nerve compaction caused by my wonky disks.
