So where is this call center? because my agent was super hard to understand and honestly felt sketchy at first. Why send me information to call kern radiology only NOT reach you talk to another agency then be transferred to you for assistance. That is not effective. Don't give false information for patients to call. I work in a medical call center I know how frustrating that it. Now to the appointment. My appointment was 10:20. I was told to be here at 10am. It's an hour later later and I'm still here. All I'm being told is you're running behind. This office is chaotic. People just keep coming in. The people beside me have been waiting for over two hours for a simple x-ray. Kern Radiology used to be amazing. But I'm not sure anymore. When I got to my actual procedure it was smooth sailing. The tech and the doctor were very nice and pleasant. Both explained the procedure step by step. I pleased with them. In and out in like 20 minutes if that. They were a great team.

After signing in, I waited around 10 minutes, maybe less before being called up, only to face confusion on their end regarding my insurance. Even though I provided my insurance card clearly stating which policy I had. The receptionist was dismissive and incorrectly claimed she needed to submit paperwork to my insurance for approval. To verify, I contacted my insurance directly, and when I returned with them on the phone, the receptionist provided an entirely wrong code so that was pretty unhelpful. Considering the nature of medical visits, compassion and accuracy should be the bare minimum at the front desk. Instead, I encouraged misinformation, and a complete lack of helpfulness from the staff to even know what the issue could be. I will never return here. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Ps: waited on hold for over an hour just to secure this appointment.

NEW OWNERS ARE HORRIBLE. The San Dimas location's waiting room is D.I.S.G.U.S.T.I.N.G ... stinks like old Urine ... the carpets are so gross I didn't even want to walk on them. Shame on you RAD NET for giving your patients a disgusting place to wait for their service. I will be letting my doctor know he needs to refer to somewhere else who has a little pride of ownership and cares about their facilities.

I will never say a bad thing about CBCC, they went above and beyond during my wife's diagnosis and…read moretreatment. My wife was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer and Dr. Foulad was so kind when he explained it to us. He had tissues for my wife, gave her a moment to process everything, answered all of my many many questions and left us walking out feeling like things were going to be alright. They got her started on treatment shortly after the diagnosis. We went through a meeting with the RN Susanna Bell who's a life saver to say the least. She explained everything we could expect during chemo and how to try to make it as easy as possible. Dr. Patel was amazing as well. He went over everything with us and met regularly to keep us informed on how things were going. She got through chemo thanks to the wonderful staff and Dr. Foulad even came to my wife's surgery at Cedar Sinai as he has operating rights there so he was in the OR with her surgeon assisting and giving her peace of mind that her original doctor was there. While the journey isn't over yet, the worst of it is over and it's been bearable thanks to the wonderful people at CBCC.

Other than that I have no complaints. They take walk-ins, but is better if you make an appointment ahead of time for less waiting. The staff was friendly and competent.
