My name is Jim Sheaffer and I am the older brother of the previous "reviewer" Nancy Nevins. My sister Nancy has severe mental issues and her review is false in every particular. My brother and I are co-executors on my mother's estate. Nancy had no role in the sale of the house because of her emotional issues, she has no business posting a review since Louise was working on our behalf, not hers. Unfortunately this is typical of her, she was verbally abusive to an employee of the funeral home that cared for Mom, she harassed our lawyer with almost daily phone calls and now she's attacking Louise. Louise deserves none of this. Her performance was nothing less than stellar. My brother and I could not be more pleased with the results she delivered. She far exceeded my wildest expectations of what we could get for the property. Five stars for the result, five stars for the hard work, and five stars for the meticulous attention to detail.

Both of us were very excited, but nervous about the prospect of buying our own home. We realized that there would be a lot of admin and felt a little daunted by this. However, the process was SO much easier and smoother than either of us could have anticipated thanks to Steve and Jesse. Not only are the two of them extremely friendly, they both go the extra mile to make sure you get the service you need. They really are the perfect team. Steve begins by showing you around properties that meet your specifications. Unlike previous realtors we have known, he was not in the least bit pushy, listened to what WE wanted and also gave us some very useful tips. He untiringly showed us places until we found one that met our needs. Steve wasn't afraid to tell us when certain places were overpriced either and was intent on getting us a fair price for the property we purchased by his competent negotiations with the seller and their agent. In the run-up to closing, a home inspection was performed by Bradley Longosky of ValueGuard (also highly recommended). That is when Jesse, Steve's son and a former contractor, stepped in to help us negotiate remediation and closing terms with the seller. Not only was he invaluable with estimating certain repair jobs, but he also recommended some very competent contractors. Both Steve and Jesse made buying our home a very enjoyable and exciting experience. They responded promptly to any inquiries and their prime concern seemed to be to make us happy rather than line their own pockets (which has not been our experience with all realtors we've dealt with). We are still in touch with Steve and Jesse and since our move they've continued to give us some great tips and recommendations - from restaurants to service providers. In fact, everyone we met at the Prudential Fox and Roach office in New Hope seemed extremely nice, although Steve and Jesse were the only ones we worked with personally. Keep up the good work, Steve and Jesse, and thanks for doing such a stellar job for us! This review represents my subjective opinion based on my personal experience.
