STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISGRACE OF A BUSINESS!…read more The staff at the front desk are more interested in dancing to the music being played in the weirdly decorated lobby or just goofing around, in general, instead of working. I didn't know if I was in a dance club or an elementary school. It was that bad. Dr. Raymond Wisdo single-handedly ruined the lawsuit I had from my car accident. Apparently, he can't write out MRI referrals properly and he's a narcissist who can't admit when he's wrong. I had to cancel three MRI appointments because I noticed the mistakes that he was making in the referrals, which were backed up by multiple MRI technicians. Wisdo actually argued with one of the technicians on my phone, calling the tech 'lazy'. Every single time I had to cancel an appointment due to Wisdo's incompetence, not only would he not talk on the phone to me about it, the staff did everything they could to steer the obvious problem away from themselves. After four mistakes with my MRI referrals, I've come to the conclusion that Wisdo obtained his doctorate as a prize out of a box of Cracker Jack. The man is that inept at his job. I was furious with all the mistakes made, the general employee laziness and lack of work ethic they all had. After arguing with them for a prolonged period of time, I was told to speak to another idiot who I think runs the place. He didn't give his name but had a lot to say. When I tried to explain how Wisdo screwed up my lawsuit, this guy stopped me dead sentence and asked me if I was a doctor. When I said no, he stated that due to the fact that I wasn't a doctor, my opinion didn't count. He also stated that the multiple MRI technicians who personally told me that Wisdo was making bad mistakes on those MRI referrals were not doctors either so he couldn't care less about what they had to say, either. Wisdo was a doctor and me and the MRI techs weren't, therefore, he wouldn't listen to a word I said. He then went on to financially threaten me. He said that my visits to his place were on credit, implying that if I didn't drop my complaint, I would be dropped as a patient and sued for what I owed them. He then realized by looking through my folder that I had only been in that office one time and he freaked out about it. He said that with only one visit, he shouldn't even be talking to me (wonderful management skills!). I responded to his disgust with my lack of treatment there by letting him know that I've only been to that office once because I can't get through the MRI process because of Wisdo's MRI referral mistakes. Therefore, my lack of appointments there is in direct correlation with Wisdo's inability to do his job correctly. I think that may have caused this manager's only two brain cells to rub together because I think he realized what kind of mistake that was and immediately changed the subject. In changing the subject, he accused me of being the root of the problem with the MRI referrals because I had asked to use an open MRI due to my P.T.S.D. This floored me! I've never dealt with a bunch of people who make so many mistakes but blame everybody else for them. He then went on to ask me if I know how MRI machines work and that since I don't, I shouldn't be complaining. I sternly told him that I'M A PATIENT. I DON'T HAVE TO KNOW HOW MRI MACHINES WORK! I JUST HAVE TO LISTEN TO MY LAWYER AND GET IT DONE! Again, this simple fact seemed to annoy this idiot. He very bluntly asked me "who in the hell sent you to get an open MRI because, obviously, they don't know what they are doing". I smugly answered "My lawyer sent me. I think you know him. Why don't you call him and ask him if he's a doctor. When he answers that he's not, tell him that his opinion doesn't count and you don't want to hear him tell it. Also, why don't you ask him if he knows exactly how an MRI machine works and if his answer isn't to your liking, verbally berate and insult him like you've done to me". And, just as I suspected it would, that comment shut him up. That 'manager' fits right in with the staff and Wisdo at being lazy and stupid. Please, do not make the same mistake I made. I've paid for it dearly. Stay far away from this hell hole. You'll be much better off in the long run if you do.

Dr. T. takes his medical training and experience and helps me understand CT's, MRI's, blood labs, and blends these with my subjective reports so that I have a comprehensive understanding of what my other specialists simply do not do. My recent changes of condition are unusual and don't fit the usual diagnosis and treatment plans that other neurologists, neurosurgsons, and my PCP try. THe result so far is, I continue to see these specialists but Dr. T. helps explain better and he also engages and consults with my specialists. Without Dr. T's contributions, I would feel more uncertain with less optimism of helpful pathways which might lie ahead.

I suffer from extreme anxiety so it's hard for me to put trust into doctors sometimes, but I trust and appreciate Dr. Tabby so much I wish I could make him my primary doctor. His attention to detail is great and every time you talk with him the conversation is always a two-lane highway. He gives you options and brings you into the decision making process if there's one to be had. I recommend Dr. Tabby to everyone! Once we started seeing that my mom had symptoms of dementia, I immediately had her see Dr. Tabby because I know he'd do all he could to help her. He's a good man with great bedside manner and if you're in need of a neurologist, he's the one to go to!
