The office, tucked away inside one of many business suites in an office park off of Johnson Ferry road, looks nothing special from the outside. Inside there is a small waiting room where patients are greeted by a pleasantly knowledgeable receptionist. After carefully completeling all the paperwork, crossing all T's and dotting all I's, one is shown back to a cubicle-size room containing the infamous dental chair! After the hygentist gets all the preliminaries out of the way, in walks Dr. Tate! His soft, elderly way immediately puts patients right at ease. He doesn't waste any time and gets down to business promptly. Along the way, Dr. Tate is careful to explain exactly what is going on and what the goals of the proceedure are. In this way, the patient never feels nervous, lost or caught unaware during the proceedings. I love the fact that with his 45+ yrs of experince, Dr. Tate knows what methods work well, this benefits the patient tremendously! I never once felt any pain associated with my root canal! Wow! This location offers General, Cosmetic, Restorative & Surgical Dentistry. Walking in, it's a very luxurious atmosphere. The "spa" feeling is there, for sure. You do feel like you're going to be pampered. Posh seating and drinks/snacks galore! The concierge, Kerri, is very friendly and bubbly, giving you a welcoming feeling. Take note costs might be a little more here, but insurance will typically still cover preventative maintenance (up to 90% I believe). They take a TON of photos. It was different than what I'm used to but in a good way. Dentistry has certainly advanced since the days of youth I recall. Both Ashley and Empress were kind & friendly. The hygienist, Kimmy, and Dr. Smith were also very welcoming. So, if you had past trauma, their line of questioning is there to help your comfort level & to understand concerns. They have a variety of options to increase your comfort level: warm neck pillows, blankets, headphones, eye masks, hand wax & lip balm. They also have upgrades, at a cost, like cetacaine/nitrous oxide/teeth desensitizer. You'll need to plan for two hours for your appointment, so be mindful. The entire experience is for your comfort level and, after the first 30 minutes of anxiety, I felt at ease. The gift they give you when leaving is not your Batman toothbrush and mini toothpaste and lolipop (like you got as a kid) but you'll love the adult version. Highly recommend this location! The Problem occurred when I was told I would be responsible for all charges not paid by my insurance. Dr. Brunner accepted my Met Life Insurance, which has a contractual fee schedule for services provided. After Dr. Brunner became aware of this he change the practice name to Bruner Bio Health... I assume this was to get out of the contracts with Fee Schedule Insurance companies so he could charge his much higher standard fees. Only after my meeting with him did he agree to accept my insurance fee schedule and did complete the implant procedure at the fee schedule prices.

It took them 3 weeks to complete the form. The form is only one page long. It should not have taken that long. 3 - I made several attempts to get my final bill and a copy of my records, but to no avail. It has been 7 months now and no contact. Other issues I experienced: Wait times are atrocious & they have no respect for your time. When it came time for my final consultation what should have been a hour appointment ended up being a three hour appointment. And the worse part is that - I did not even get to voice my concerns or ask questions, as the doctor somehow disappeared and never came back! Even so after all the communications and all the long appointment times to this office, my original medical issue was not resolved. Very disappointing! I suggest you take your business elsewhere.
