When I finally complained to the treatment office a horribly rude woman called me back but was completely useless. Spare yourself the hassle and pick a different provider. The Problem occurred when I was told I would be responsible for all charges not paid by my insurance. Dr. Brunner accepted my Met Life Insurance, which has a contractual fee schedule for services provided. After Dr. Brunner became aware of this he change the practice name to Bruner Bio Health... I assume this was to get out of the contracts with Fee Schedule Insurance companies so he could charge his much higher standard fees. Only after my meeting with him did he agree to accept my insurance fee schedule and did complete the implant procedure at the fee schedule prices.

I called them myself and was able to get someone in less than 5 minutes. It was literally one of the prompts when you call. 2 - I requested them to fill out my medical leave paperwork for my job. It took them 3 weeks to complete the form. The form is only one page long. It should not have taken that long. 3 - I made several attempts to get my final bill and a copy of my records, but to no avail. It has been 7 months now and no contact. Other issues I experienced: Wait times are atrocious & they have no respect for your time. When it came time for my final consultation what should have been a hour appointment ended up being a three hour appointment. And the worse part is that - I did not even get to voice my concerns or ask questions, as the doctor somehow disappeared and never came back! Even so after all the communications and all the long appointment times to this office, my original medical issue was not resolved. Very disappointing! I suggest you take your business elsewhere. This place does not care for you at all!!

This location offers General, Cosmetic, Restorative & Surgical Dentistry. Walking in, it's a very luxurious atmosphere. The "spa" feeling is there, for sure. You do feel like you're going to be pampered. Posh seating and drinks/snacks galore! The concierge, Kerri, is very friendly and bubbly, giving you a welcoming feeling. Take note costs might be a little more here, but insurance will typically still cover preventative maintenance (up to 90% I believe). They take a TON of photos. It was different than what I'm used to but in a good way. Dentistry has certainly advanced since the days of youth I recall. Both Ashley and Empress were kind & friendly. The hygienist, Kimmy, and Dr. Smith were also very welcoming. So, if you had past trauma, their line of questioning is there to help your comfort level & to understand concerns. They have a variety of options to increase your comfort level: warm neck pillows, blankets, headphones, eye masks, hand wax & lip balm. They also have upgrades, at a cost, like cetacaine/nitrous oxide/teeth desensitizer. You'll need to plan for two hours for your appointment, so be mindful. The entire experience is for your comfort level and, after the first 30 minutes of anxiety, I felt at ease. The gift they give you when leaving is not your Batman toothbrush and mini toothpaste and lolipop (like you got as a kid) but you'll love the adult version. Highly recommend this location! Be weary, as traffic in this area between 8:30AM and 9:15 AM is crazy. I've got two more appointments booked!

When I had my consultation, I did feel confident I was in good hands. However, it went downhill…read moreafter that. I decided to only get a tooth pulled and bone graft done and did not want to proceed with the implant. I contacted the financial person indicating my wishes. I was told to arrive 30 min prior to my appt. The woman who checked me in had no idea the plans for the procedure had changed as it was not noted in my account. She had to check on that. After paying, I was promised a copy of my receipt before I left. I never received that. After waiting 30 min, I was finally taken back for the procedure. The assistant poked and prodded me for my blood and could not get a vein. The Dr. Attia was able to get it on the first try. (Note: I was badly bruised for 2 weeks after that first attempt). That same assistant proceeded to talk about her personal life to the other assistant NON-STOP and never talking directly to me. I learned more than I needed to know about her life. This was extremely unprofessional. The doctor came in and had no idea I decided against the implant. The tooth was pulled and bone graft done. I was told 3 times that Dr. Attia would call me and check on me that night. I am still waiting on that phone call and it has been 2 months! A month after my procedure, I contacted the office to complain about an additional bill I received. I explained to the woman who answered about every issue I faced. She promised me it would all be addressed with the doctor and office staff and she would call me back by Friday. The following Monday I called and spoke to the office Manager, Kim. She was never told of my call and issues. She listened to everything and told me she would get back to me. She never called me back. The office did put in an appeal for one part of the procedure and when I received notification it was approved from my dental insurance, I contacted Kim via email indicating I was actually owed money. She agreed and told me a check would be cut. I waited and a check never came. I sent her back an email and called the office. Lynn told me she would check with the doctor. She told me she would call me back. A call never came. I placed another call and Lynn told me the check was mailed and Kim was supposed to inform me. She never did. The lack of professionalism in this office is totally unacceptable. Nothing promised was followed up on. I cannot even guarantee the doctor knows of any issues I brought forth. So my guess is nothing was addressed and my complaints brushed off. I advise anyone to stay away!

I can only assume that the other ones simply did not accept insurance. At this practice, on the other hand, Amanda was amazing. She was patient and supportive and took time to answer all of our questions. She took the time to determine how much our insurance would cover and provided all the information in a timely manner. The doctor was also incredible. He took time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. He went over the x-rays as well as the 3-D images to show me exactly what was happening and what my options would be. If you need an endodontist, then I would highly recommend East Cobb endodontics. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly, and professional. I barely had to wait even 5 minutes before I was seen. The facilities equipment was very clean and high-tech. The doctor and technician were both very thorough and thoughtful with their explanations and I truly felt like they cared about me and my health. I also felt listened to and any concerns I had were valid. It was overall just an exceptional experience.

I got my cleaning done today and although the procedure was uncomfortable, the doctor talked me through it all and took breaks to check on me to make sure Im still doing okay.
