Every time I go to the dentist I have had to be medicated with halicon and nitrous oxide to just get a cleaning, I couldn't stand to sit in the chair as I felt like I was having a panic attack. So here again I find myself at the dentist and Dr. Bally's office does not have nitrous oxide so as you can imagine I was freaking out with tears running down my face. As for me, childbirth would have been much easier. I am so happy to say now my fears of going to the dentist have totally gone away. Dr. Bally is awesome, he understands and actually listens to his patients, He has a great bedside manner. I am a Pediatric Oncology Nurse so I work with lots of Doctors so I am exposed to many different personalities. Dr. Bally really does care about his patients, he actually wants to know how your feeling and will bend over backwards to do whatever he can to make sure you are comfortable and not afraid. As far as his skills he is absolutely awesome. He is a perfectionist is every sense of the word as he wants to do his very best to ensure that his patients are receiving the best dental care possible. That's just one part of the story!!! The staff that Dr. Bally employs are the best of the best. The entire staff is wonderful and are very good at what they do. They are very compassionate, knowledgeable, and will do whatever they can do to make sure your visit is the best it can be. It is very obvious that the entire office including Dr. Bally work as a team and each and every person has the patients best interest in mind. I gave the most amount of stars that are available but if I could give a million I would. I have never been so happy to have found a dentist I can trust, I know I can believe everything he says to be true and I absolutely know that I will not have pain during any procedure or be anxious before, during and after whatever it is I need to have done. Also be prepared to be asked for your insurance at every turn and take photos for them lol. I had to give it to the AI machine, upload it to there site on two different areas. When I came into the office, two different receptionists asked for the insurance. Honestly it was slightly annoying and made them appear unorganized. I have an extremely popular insurance carrier so I can't find a way to understand why they were forgetting. However, I understood they were trying to make sure the paperwork was completed. One of the receptionist that reschedules your appointment did not fit the brand of everyone else who worked there. She was slightly rude and discussing people's personal business in the office. I came in for my appointment at 2pm and the wait time was almost nonexistent. I only waited for about 4 minutes before they took me to the back to do ex rays. My experience with the actual dentist was extremely pleasant and he explained everything going on with my teeth in a way I could easily comprehend. He was also very warm and welcomed any questions I had. The hygienist who did my cleaning was sooo gentle and the best experience I've ever had. However, afterwards the reception staff was a nightmare. I had to be a constant mediator between them and the insurance company. After months of back and forth they received their payment from the insurance for the cleaning but it was such a hassle I've never encountered. Such a shame to walk away from them but I don't have 3 months after I get my cleaning to instruct them on how to deal with insurance companies. I'm still not sure about the real issue of why I had to heavily get involved but nonetheless I've decided to just make the long drive to my old dentist office for my cleaning.
