Update 2 - this office did now properly refer me out. Just unfortunate that initially they said they had no resources. They contacted a local dental school to get a list of resources... something they can more easily do then me the patient. I still do not recommend them for challenging cases. Update. premier dental group should call back when you are trying to follow up with the oral surgeon/sedation dentistry referral. Met with Dr Greene, he said come back to see the sedation dentist person. Yes! This person said that if I wanted sedation dentistry that I needed to do it in a hospital. Could he or Dr Greene help with this? NOPE! Based on the fact Dr Greene never returned my calls. No one said I must get my cleaning and exam in a hospital (limitations with opening). Only said needed to complete sedation dentistry in A hospital. Desperately wanting a cleaning and exam I called and requested an appt. They said when would you like to come in... I said what's your soonest. They said today 7pm. I took it. I just wanted a cleaning and exam. Cleaning went well... Raphael very kind and did the best he could... what everyone had been doing 20+ years. Dr Lupu comes in asks how can she help me. Said I was here for cleaning and exam. She said notes indicated this should be done in a hospital and made no effort to do ANYTHING. Whatever! Got my teeth partially cleaned and learned... this office has poor communication and more. Update 2 years later the implant crown fell out - i didn't want to go back but assumed that it was covered under a warranty failure and I assumed that they would put it back in and I'd be on my way. Instead I was met with Dr Green verbally harassing me as to why I left a bad review and he continued to gas light me. Let me be clear no one reached out to me about my honest review. At any point in nearly 2 years. I was not informed that I was going to be charged $225 for them to re-cement it back in- I questioned why I wasn't told there would be a charge and was told by the front desk staff that it's up to the doctor if he charges or not. I am a Vietnam veteran who was sent to this dental group to simply have my implants removed and cleaned; a once a year requisite. Three appointments later, it still was not completed. The second appointment I had I was with a newly minted, Dentist, and she didn't have a clue, as to simply removing six implant screws. An hour and a half I spent on the chair in vain. I went back for the third appointment today and waited 35 minutes for the dentist and left the practice. My time is just as valuable as any one else's And double booking is not acceptable. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I went in for tooth pain a few weeks ago and my experience was far from the best. One of the dentists prescribed me Amoxicillin and it wasn't until I spoke to my mother that she informed me that is used for tooth infection, so they neglected to inform me my tooth was infected. Another dentist came in, didn't even introduce himself and was gone within a few minutes after saying another assistant would come explain to me different treatment options. They quoted me $1,000 for the removal of two teeth, once I headed to the front desk, Jasmine the receptionist asked if I'd like to check and see if I could be pre-approved for payment assistance and I agreed. She expressed this was just to check for pre approval and they wouldn't move forward with a hard credit check or anything of the sort unless I agreed to it. I was pre-approved and told her I'd call back with a decision after speaking to my mother. A few days later my bank notified me that my credit score changed because I opened a new credit card. I logged onto my account and saw I allegedly signed up for a Care credit card which I never did. So Jasmine lied about the process being merely for a pre approval and proceeded to sign me up for a credit card without my consent. I had to confer with the credit bureau to get this situation handled without ruining my credit score. Premier Dental uses an outside lab named Elite Dental Lab. Took 6 weeks for Elite to make and deliver my new partial. The coloring did not match my other existing teeth in the front of my mouth and it didn't fit at all. Hours of time there and partial is being sent back to their own Elite Lab. This office is amazing. 2 wks AGI I had the worse pain and I called them Saturday morning and they took me on Saturday afternoon. Gave me meds for the pain and scheduled Tuesday to get my wisdom tooth pulled. Tuesday comes and from the time I walked in I was greeted by the front desk ladies. They all assured me everything would be fine. I was a little loopy from the meds but I remembered how nice everyone was. They took me to the back and before I knew it I was done, tooth pulled and woke up on my couch. My husband took me home and said everything went well, when I tell you the meds has me loopy....it did! I went in for a follow up appointment and again staff was great. I felt so comfortable and at ease. I would totally recommend this office for dental work. The drs and staff are wonderful! read more

I went to Dr. Greene for several years before deciding on another office. Here is my experience: a technician mistakently put permanent glue in a temporary inlay, so Dr. Greene had to drill into the tooth again to get it all out. I have another onlay that Dr. Greene did that I have had several other dentists look at and say, "what is that?" It's the wrong color and eventually I will have to get it removed. I was offered a perscription for 20 Vicodin when I had a wisdom tooth removed. I refused it and said I would probably be ok with Advil. I ended up not needing to take anything. Why push an addictive painkiller? The final straw was when I ended up walking out of the office one day when I noticed that some of their tools for a cleaning were brown and tarnished. I asked the hygienist about it and she assured me that they were sterilized. I didn't feel comfortable with those tools going anywhere near the inside of my mouth. So I just got up out of the chair and left. And, like others here, I used to get calls asking if I wanted to come in at the end of the year when my insurance was expiring. read more

Premier Dental?  No! No! A thousand times no! They made as crown for me that has never felt right. I have constantly had pain in the area. Their specialist checked me for TMJ and said I don't have it.  Turns out I do. They then "guessed" I needed a root canal (after putting in the crown). I did not not need a root canal.  But the kicker is how I found out I didn't need the root canal.  Premier dental employs a roving endodontist that seems to come in once a month. When I called to make the appointment, they told me it would be in three weeks but I would have to pay at the time I made the appointment. Whaaaaaat? They actually did me a favor because I then went to see two other doctors that confirmed I did not need a root canal and I did have TMJ. Premier may be OK for teeth cleaning. But for real dentistry, they should be avoided at all costs. read more

Avoid Dr Green's Premier Dental office on Jog in Boynton Beach. Went there needing a consultation, he was ready to pull multiple teeth after the first visit. Went for a second opinion, THAT dentist said I had a sinus infection! Red flags galore at Premier, including Dr Green SHAKING MY HAND on the first visit. Anyone heard of COVID? Despite acknowledging an infection, he did not prescribe antibiotics, I had to call later to get one. His response? "Good job being pro-active". I wanted copies of my X-rays to get the second opinion, they charge exorbitant amounts for releasing them. His office: "Well, if you do the work here, that amount goes toward it". Loved this place! I love the staff, the dentist, the facilities... everything. The front desk staff is very caring and professional. The hygienists are knowledgeable and thorough. The dentist is professional, caring, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Everyone is always constantly asking you how you're doing, how things went and making sure they can make your dental experience a good one. All the facilities are new and state of the art.. and I love taking the bite-wing xray things because although it's uncomfortable the results are instantaneous. The xrays get uploaded instantly to a computer for viewing as opposed to having to wait 15 min or so for it to develop. Great place! Definitely get your dental work done here. read more

Wished I could give zero stars. The girls are trained to be nice to you. That is expected but they used I a young dentist. I know he was not very skilled or been in dentistry a very long time. I ended up with my gum at the side traumatized and sore. After it healed I have 2 nots on the inside of my gum. They charge me five hundred something as copay to remove 2 tooth so I checked with my insurance and the copay was less than a half what I had to pay upfront. I called and their flimsy excuse was it was just an estimate. Why didn't you all get the insurance to authorize it before the treatment? I demanded my refund. That's crazy. I decide I will never go back. Now they keep texting and calling me about me about utilizing my insurance before it expires. COME ON. You all are behaving so desperate for money , why? The reason why I stopped by for a visit was that they promote any first time visitor will receive a free cleaning and xrays for the visit. The front desk was wonderful , they were patient and kind through the paperwork process. In the business of bringing you the best smile, the charming staff and beautiful facility was triumphant in bringing the best dental experience I've ever had. The location was clean , bright, and spacious. But the cherry on the sundae was by far the customer service provided. I had a dental implant done .i had to go back three times to have it adjusted .it was too large a tooth.i was charged fot a tooth extraction which my dental plan said i should not have neen charged.i asked if they were in my netrork they said yes but i foound out they just told me that to get my business. They wanted to charge me for a cleaning that my plan said it was included twice a year.they tell you anuthing to get your business and then they say its not covered sfter you get it done.
