The dental assistant was very nice but they could not get their equipment working during my son's visit. They ended up having to use three different x-ray guns and even then they were having trouble transmitting them to the computer. When the dentist came in, she only looked at the x-rays and never even looked at my son's mouth and just gave us a quote for sealant treatment and the charges. She was very dismissive of questions and seemed in a rush to get to the next patient. Definitely would not recommend this office!

After I was no longer covered by my parents insurance had to wait a while to get my own through my employer. Unfortunately, I then found out they didn't take said insurance. I refused to go anywhere else so I waited... and waited.. and waited... 6 years later (yes I am embarrassed to admit) I finally find out they took my dental insurance! So I set up an appointment, tail between legs, and braced myself for the bad news. Only 2 cavities!! In over 6 years! Dr. Heath did such a good job I guess my teeth were strong enough to hold on that long. (Not that I would ever go that long again without seeing a dentist) Everyone down to the receptionist in this office is nice, personable, and care about their patients as people. I feel like they've been almost part of my family. Dr. Heath is hilarious. I don't know how many times I tried not to laugh with a mouth full of spit, metal, and gauze. I don't go anywhere else, because I don't know of anyone else that actually enjoys going to the dentist. It's got to be something Dr. Heath and his staff are doing right.

They are liars and scammers. Do not go there. I'm warning you you will be ripped off. They still owe us money. Let's see how long it takes to get the refund. Would love to speak to a district manager, however, I don't know how to get to one. This place is a joke. It needs to be shut down.
