Bill let us walk around with him while he worked on the appraisal and explained things as he went. He did not spend an exorbitant amount of time in the house and looked our property over inside and out. The final appraisal price was one that we felt was fair. The man filled out a card with my information then told me he would call me when they were done. It took them almost 3 days. I have no problem with that, but it would have been nice to have known that upfront. When I arrived, they had forgotten to create the copies I asked for. They gave me a small discount for having to come back again. Overall, it was a decent experience. I may or may not go back to get others done. UPDATE: I went back in this week to get another vhs transferred and had a MUCH better customer service experience. It was also a different worker than last time. This one was kind, greeted me, and was much more pleasant. He also asked me if I had a time line I needed for the dvds, something the other worker hadn't asked. I will DEFINITELY be returning.
