Set an appointment for this morning at 10:00. Get there, gal behind the desk the same gal who made the appointment. She has no record of me and no appointment set! While the dentist stood there just looking around she actually asked me if perhaps I had an appointment "with the eye place across the street." Right. Because I'd be sure to call an eye doctor to set an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. No idea what happened to all the information I gave over, but I do know I wasted FAR too much of my time.

When I checked out the receptionist was not wearing a mask 10 inches from my face. I backed up and asked her to put it on which she did grudgingly and unpleasantly. Then she super nasty when I asked who I could report her too--said she ran the office which makes her bad example and undoubted failure to enforce on staff even worse. And finally admitted name of dentist owner but would give no contact information beyond saying to call in a month when she was in the office again. Obviously lost a patient for life which is a bummer because one of the staff dentists was really nice and skilled. And got a health department report!
