He texted on that date and said one of his men was sick so he couldn't do it. We scheduled the next day and again an excuse of why he couldn't come. We scheduled for another day and yet another excuse. I was going to get another company but decided to give him one last chance. He assured me he would be here and thanked me for giving him another chance. Today he was scheduled for nine am. I received another text from him this morning that he could not come because he had under priced the job. Why did he keep scheduling our project four times and then canceling if he couldn't do it? I wanted to get the project completed asap. I find him very misleading and unreliable as a business owner. I thought he was honest but obviously he is not. I do not recommend his services to anyone that wants something done. He schedules appointments and then cancels with one excuse after another. I was naive in letting him schedule four different dates for completing the job. Just beware when you schedule a date with his company he probably won't show up.

I've been lucky enough to have contracted this business a few dozen times over the last year and he routinely jumps in and helps with things outside the scope of our agreement, just because that's the kind of business owner he is. I requested a quote to have a bunk bed removed from my house. A rep called me about 10 minutes…read moreafter I submitted the request and provided me with information on pricing and asked about my availability. The next day two gentlemen and the truck showed up, they looked at the bunk bed and explained how pricing works. To disassemble and remove the bed and mattresses was going to be nearly $500. That was out of my price range and declined the service that day. I guess pricing is based off the space the items takes up in their truck, labor is (I think) the first hour free then $50 per 15minutes after that. Mattress removal is $40 per mattress. Despite declining service, I want to say that the entire process from requesting a quote, to the time the team showed up was very good. The guys were very friendly and respectful and very knowledgeable too. Overall, I had a positive experience with this company and recommend it to others who might need items removed from their house.
