I will not be intimidated into removing my honest review. I will report any further threats to the COSPD and the BBB. This is a wildly inappropriate reaction to a bad Google review. I was understandably confused, as the Google page specifically advertises online quotes as a service that is offered. When I reached out for clarification on services and sent the screenshots of the Google page to make sure the business had not accidentally turned the online quoting option On, the owner responded by being very unprofessional. I understand when you have health problems, but there is no excuse to be sarcastic and rude to a prospective customer who is only trying to get a quote. How is it your business why I can't call? That's the entire point of offering online quotes! How is it appropriate to sarcastically demand me to somehow know your personal issues?
