Heavily delayed much needed dental work. Switched to dentist in Naperville (who is wonderful) and made Fairview very aware of this when I cancelled my upcoming cleaning with them. Since then, Fairview has sent in multiple pre estimates for my husband and sent one for me for a procedure I never even agreed to do. Dr. Dominguez did call me back today and when he didn't like what I had to say about the offices financial department, he hung up the phone on me. Seems suspicious. But at least he called me back this time. Wish I had avoided them all together.

Instead, I was told immediately that I "needed" Invisalign. Dr. Sumayyah Khan flat-out said she could do nothing about the chipped teeth. That's unacceptable! From the start, the entire visit felt like a high-pressure sales pitch, not dental care. I was rushed and bombarded by the doctor and staff, and the focus quickly shifted to pushing Invisalign instead of addressing the actual problem I came in for. The quote was $4,000. It was never addressed by Dr. Khan in prior visits until I came in for an "emergency " visit. It was an insulting for the benefit of their office commission sales. Bottom line: I felt dismissed, pressured, and not properly evaluated. If you want a dentist who prioritizes patient care over UPSELLING, go somewhere else. I do NOT recommend Smile Studio 87.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. My son (3) was coming in for his first visit ever and I didn't know what I'd get. I'm leaving his office extremely stressed about when I will have this fixed as I work 10-12 hour shifts and am looking at 6 days a week the next couple of weeks. Intended to call for an appointment when I got home, but THEY called me because of the urgency of my situation. Got me in in 2 hours, with the staff staying well after their planned early exit at noon. Entire team was SO KIND, and GENTLE, and understanding I was at the end of my rope. Dr Drouin was amazing. Totally professional yet measured, thoughtful, and genuinely empathetic. No pain whatsoever. He personally called on the holiday weekend to check in on me. I expect the chemo/radiation will wreak havoc on my already fragile tooth health. He will be my first call for implants. Just a great experience. Highly recommended
