I thought most people warranty their work without charging for it. I called AffordableDoor once I found out what they charged and asked for a quote to replace two door springs and they couldn't do that. The cost would be determined by service guy after he comes out to do the work, which is a terrible business strategy. I called other garage door repair shops and got quotes for $300.00 to $500.00 to replace two garage door springs. Chris was sent to my house within two hours and told me that the door rollers should be replaced, but that the garage door lift equipment was perfectly fine.
