This week I had carpets replaced in my daughter's room. I am always very happy with the job. Seamless and smooth installation. Matt did an awesome job. I own an old house and the floor is uneven in some rooms. He had to shave the doors because the carpet was very soft, thick and high. Thank you very much, I appreciate the hard work! She did nothing wrong but is being blamed for their own prices. They then sent her checks for furniture cleaning as well as a future carpet deposit back along with a passive aggressive letter "apologizing" for the confusion. No one should try and rip off the elderly. Will never do business with them again and will not recommend to anyone.
