Well so far so good, I called Steven's PC Repair Yesterday about my brothers lap top. to see if he could fix it for me. After a long talk and info on my brother lap top that's 11 yrs old, we decided to just bite the bullet and buy a new one. So we bought a 16" Max Pro. Steven was easy to talk to and very very patient with me as I didn't know what I was talking about! Steven will delete all the junk off old one and then download rest onto new one this coming week. So we'll see how that goes and I'll post on that as well, but if you're looking for somebody that works on desktops or laptops I highly recommend Stevens PC services, really great guy over the phone, looking forward to meeting him in person this upcoming week... read more
