Even though all other insurances we've talked to you can do everything online/over the phone, we have to actually go in the office to make any changes to our insurance policy. They said it opens at 8:00. Google maps and Apple Maps says it opens at 8:00. THE BUILDING HAS A SIGN THAT SAYS THEY OPEN AT 8:00. So my husband had to call into work and tell them he'd be in at 10 so he could come do this. We get to the office at 8 and nobody is there. It's now 8:10 so we call them and get customer service in Phoenix who said they all open at 9 ‍ again, on the building itself it says they open at 8 every day except Tuesday. It's Friday!!! All I need to do is be added to my husbands insurance plan!!
