The estimates were reasonable but it was the review history of MCC that made my decision. They couldn't be nicer or more helpful and understanding of what needed to be done, length of time for repair and if they "discovered" damage that was not readily seen at the first pass, they would speak on my behalf to the insurance agency providing the coverage. My happy 2010 Honda Pilot is repaired and looking good again. My appointment was made on the cell phone. They were not on time but within the hour of the expected time. The repair person is very polite and gives you the time of estimate to complete.
