Steve's Famous Pnuts either no longer exists or doesn't exist at this location. I used to LOVE Steve's, we'd stop every time we had to go through the area. I haven't been that way in a while so I figured I'd stop and I was SO excited. It was going to take me a bit out of my way but I didn't even care because best boiled peanuts ever. There's a building there. It's Ms. Steve's ice cream. Cool, my first assumption was maybe Steve and his wife went into business together. But I did laps around the area and that was the only building. I also looked over the menu at the ice cream place to see if maybe they were working out of the same building but nope. So I went out of my way for NOTHING. And I passed SO many farm stands on 301 because I knew Steve's was in my future. So frustrating and disappointing, change the listing or delete it if it isn't this location anymore guys. read more

Addendum: Alex is still AWESOME but make sure you taste test first. This last batch of pork rinds was not light and crispy. Instead they were hard and some inedible. Now I'm sitting on $40 in pork rinds I won't eat. Taste them first! This happened one other time. When they're good, they're GOOD! But when they're bad, they're hard and tasteless. OMGash we love Alex at this Markets of Marion location. That awesome man needs a raise. He is above and beyond so friendly and helpful -we always look forward to always seeing him. We walked away with 15 bags of treats to take back to Michigan. The pork rinds are the BEST we've had. The texture is so dreamy. Chili lime and salted are our favs -chili lime tastes like chili cheese Fritos. The caramel corn is so light with the PERFECT amount of caramel. We love Steve's Pnuts so much! There is a booth located at the entrance to Building A -and there's another booth inside by the fruit and vegetable stands. read more

So disappointed - I bought nuts for my friend Steve because these are named "Steve's" and I wanted my friend to know these are "Steve's" nuts - I expected that the nuts would be labeled Steve's Famous P-Nuts because the picture on web site shows the bag with a label on it. But, the bags I received are not labeled at all. Just plain clear bags with nothing at all to indicate that they are "Steve's". Never would have purchased these if I had known. read more

For your company to blame the wedding coordinator for the drop off time frame and how it affected the quality of your food is unacceptable. This was the ONLY flaw at my daughter's wedding. My wife and I booked your company with the understanding that you offered an incredible Latin food experience and believe me it was far from that. The rice had no flavoring at all and and bland. The color of it was a shade of rice I have never im my life seen before (Soy Boricua, y eso ni se parece como algo que yo mismo perparo). I never knew arroz con gandules was made like that and could be that bad. The Tostones were the worst that I have ever had. If you know how to make tostones the right way, they would have been crispy, and yellowish texture and not looking like they were old (days old) and looked to be of the frozen kind and processed. Never knew reheating them makes them look aged. I've never seen dry Tostones and you should be ashamed as a so called chef. The pasta was dry and had little to sauce and looked horrible. The chicken, from my understanding and experience that was brought to my wife's attention was raw. I for one can tell you that your food had me in the bathroom numerous times after the wedding. Gracias. Smh. The pernil was debatable at best (Im happy to sell my recipe if you like because I know lor a fact that mine is way better than yours). For the money that was paid, the lack of quality and ownership on your part, I would never use your company or recommend to anyone that I know.
