I would have taken a picture of my turkey sandwich, but I chomped into it instead! Fresh and layered with many, many slices of quality turkey! Last time, I ordered a salad and I ate it for lunch and dinner, fresh everything and a great ranch dressing, and of course, huge . This unassuming little deli restaurant has a hometown feel with really nice people running the place. I am always greeted immediately, and served soon after. I've been here a couple of times. The first time the experience was pleasant. Sandwiches are always good. The second time we ordered to go from Yelp/Grubhub. Walked in to pick up and the lady at front acted very unpleasantly as if I was bothering her and as if I should've known what corner of their restaurant I needed to go to find out takeout. It was off putting. Also, our sandwiches had gotten cold. I'm giving them 4 stars because first experience was great, but you're in the food service industry and need to check your attitude with your customers if you want to keep them. read more

I don't live in Ocala, but when my Mom suggested this place for some fresh produce and a sandwich...how could I say no?!? The produce here is really excellent. Even though we didn't buy a whole lot, I was looking at everything because I knew I'd review it. Everything was clean and fresh and there was very little that looked like it had been damaged or sitting for too long. We bought some items for fresh salads and also some veggies to make on the grill with kebobs that night. Everything was great. My Mom and I split a sandwich - Ham and Turkey, cheese, lettuce, onions, mayo and oil and vinegar on fresh bread. Yeah, if I DID live here, I know where I'd get a sandwich. Fresh produce, great sandwiches, fast and friendly service with pretty good prices. You could do a LOT worse than going here. Keep up the great work and I hope you guys are going strong the next time I come for a visit. read more

Ordered a salad online and it said to pick up at 12:55. Get there and paid at 12:54, salad was $10.00 and I tipped $5.00. At 1:30 I walk to the counter and ask if they forgot about me. The cashiers eye opened wide...and said it's coming right up. I wait a few more minutes..get the order and go back to work. Open the salad and it's 100% wrong. I call and advised them of this and was told "just bring it back and we will make it right." I explained I spent my entire lunch time waiting for this to be made and she said sorry. So offer of a refund or offer to bring me the correct order. By the way they offer deliveries. I explained to her again I can't leave. This was to be my lunch and I paid all in all $15.00. She said sorry again and offered to resolution. They can't make a salad right in the first place so the salad went in the trash. Don't waste you're time here like I did. read more

We stopped here while on a road trip with our 2 small children and we were so glad we found this gem. Its a cute little market attached to a small cafe. The food was great-I had the dill wrap, my husband had the blt and our daughter had the sweet tooth which is a nutella and banana sandwich. I also had the mushroom brie soup which was outstanding. Everything was very fresh and made with quality ingredients. The staff was incredibly nice and so accommodating that they even gave me a bin of hot water to warm up the baby's bottle. Be prepared for the male manager to be super rude. They are also slow and their soup is consistently below par.

I have eaten here a few times and have been impressed with the quality of the food. This visit has soured not only myself, but 5 other people against ever giving our money to this business. We ordered $75.00 of food and one of the orders was incorrect. When we called to bring this to their attention they argued with the caller and not only did they not try to rectify the problem but basically told us it was our problem. This was apparently from the owner himself. No amount of fresh veggies can make up for terrible customer service. read more
