Mistake...Deana hit the nail on the head. Same thing just happened with our boat. He made a really…read moregood pitch that he would have it ready in no time. We realized pretty quickly that something was off about his stories and excuses. Not positive he even looked at it. He said he did but, it's hard to trust someone like that. Had it 4 days before we made the decision to call and tell him not to touch it. We tried many times to get him on the phone and I can tell you, good luck getting a hold of him after he gets your boat. When we went to pick it up, he wouldn't even face us. When we checked the boat out, there was mud on the outside and inside where he got in by climbing on the trailer. Scratched the inside of it and had mud & grease on the carpet and the back vinyl seat. We are pretty sure he left it sitting out in the rain, didn't vent the seats or anything. I had spent 5.5 hours cleaning it before he got it. Talk about MAD! Thank god we didn't leave it there any longer. So glad to have it back. PLEASE, DO YOUR RESEARCH. HARD LESSON LEARNED. We will now be taking it to a trusted mechanic who has been in business for years.

Both gentlemen are very friendly and down to earth. After the boat was in the water, Brian provided instructions, rules of the lake, and answered any questions we had. At the end of the four hours, we pulled into the dock, at which time Brian came aboard and loaded the boat onto the trailer. Our family had a great time. Four hours was just enough time.

It was amazing! We even got there a little late due to traffic and the whole staff was understanding and flexible with the timing! I would give them 10 stars if I could! We definitely WILL be back!
