Due to my father being in hospice homecare and unable to leave the house, we had no other option but to look for a mobile notarizer. We first went to the banks and tried to see how we could get someone to come to our house. Unfortunately you would have to make an appointment which could take up to a week and the fees were almost $350 (or more depending). My family and I thought that was ridiculous so I came on Yelp. After trying to call 2 other companies I came across Ralph's services and decided to give him a call he answered right away and was in town and we didn't expect him to be available right away, but he said he could be at our house that evening and so we set it up and to my surprise he called back half hour later and said he was available right away and so he asked for directions and he was at our house 20 minutes later. Long story short, he was literally in and out of our house within 30 minutes! Not only was he fast and efficient, he was also very kind. Due to his "unexpected" change of appointment he gave us a discount which made us laugh because we told him we were the ones that called last minute so please just charge us the regular fees, which he still didn't except and still charged us the discounted fee. BEWARE!!! Terrible customer service. We paid for a service that was not provided. No recourse…read morewhatsoever. Sneaky process, that can easily dupe customers. Have you fill out forms tell you everything is Good to go, then the day of the notarizing, They will send you new forms telling you that they need to be Authenticated ID etc (Forms that you've already filled out in some manner) They give you a short deadline for the new paperwork. Send multiple confusing emails. Make you answer multiple questions about yourself? And then, if you don't jump through the new hoops and ladders in time, they won't notify you until the time is up and you have to pay them again. I was told everything was good to go, and it was not notified Of any Missing information until it was too late to correct. They said oh no now it's too late. You have to pay again. Whole process seemed more like a grift than anything else. 100% would not trust these people.
