Corrine was great. We needed a mobile notary service to get our son's high school transcript notarized for the Korean university he will be attending in the fall. She was very professional, answered messages and confirmed in detail what we needed, messaged the day before to confirm, and showed up at time and ready to go at the school. She made sure we were familiar with the apostile requirement Korean Universities have and offered to handle it for us (we did it on our own). Set up an appointment with her the day before for 12:30pm. I texted her around 12:45pm thinking maybe she was driving and she might be late. By 1pm when she didn't respond I called her three times and each time it went to voicemail! By 1:20pm the appointment I had with the other party was long over! I am very upset as the item I needed notarized was time sensitive and included another party which I had to make an appointment with. I thought she would be much more professional based on the reviews but she WAS NOT. Response to her comment below: When booking the appointment she put us on hold and checked her schedule and then confirmed that the 12:30pm-1:30pm time. She did not call us at all this morning and I will be happy to share a photo of our phone log to prove that she did not call us. We called her three times and texted her three times to see where she was. We waited from 12:30pm - 1:30pm and only after 1:30pm did she try to make contact. She could have answered her phone or text message to apologize and let us know that she could not make it. I will not be attempting to reschedule with her based on the fact that I cannot rely on her showing up to our appointment. Bottom line is she needs to be more professional in real life not just her responses online. read more
