BEWARE!!! Terrible customer service. We paid for a service that was not provided. No recourse whatsoever. Sneaky process, that can easily dupe customers. Have you fill out forms tell you everything is Good to go, then the day of the notarizing, They will send you new forms telling you that they need to be Authenticated ID etc (Forms that you've already filled out in some manner) They give you a short deadline for the new paperwork. Send multiple confusing emails. Make you answer multiple questions about yourself? And then, if you don't jump through the new hoops and ladders in time, they won't notify you until the time is up and you have to pay them again. I was told everything was good to go, and it was not notified Of any Missing information until it was too late to correct. They said oh no now it's too late. You have to pay again. Whole process seemed more like a grift than anything else. 100% would not trust these people. read more

Over the Memorial weekend I got a call from one of my clients letting me know she was ready to sign her documents from retirement. Knowing her situation, we needed to complete them as quick as possible. There is one document that needed a notary. I have needed notaries twice in this pandemic time, once at a hospital and once at a rehab facility. The rehab required the notary to call and schedule with their recreation department due to covid restrictions, not something easily done with an online form. They were helpful and made it easy. This service was amazing. We got bombarded on very short notice to get our mortgage papers signed and dated. The owner Grayson is who helped us out.
