I was welcomed but the employees as soon as I came in. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for but also asked me questions to the process to ensure that I understood what I was buying and what was the right gun for me. The background check process was seamless and the employee even took me to the side so that I can have a quiet area and privacy. He gave me a lot of background information on Georgia gun laws that I would need to know and information about some suggested ranges for practice. As a first buyer, I appreciated their level of patience, knowledge and exceptional customer service. All employees also were wearing masks and they encouraged social distancing so I felt safe through the process While I waited I browsed the store and they had a lot of great finds. I ended up buying a bunch of classic DVDs at only $1 each. I will definitely be back to shop here and recommend them to friends and family !

I've purchased several pieces of jewelry among other items and their selection is much better than Thornton's Pawn. A jewelry store may have more jewelry to choose from but you will pay much more. I prefer to purchase at Gateway and one other pawn shop for jewelry. I receive a much better deal. Gateway has two locations with jewelry to choose from. They are far more reputable in my opinion. The owner and staff are so friendly and accommodating in every possible way.

I have tons of pieces I can get rid of since it would be easier to sell them and put towards something than to repair them all. I got all my pieces together, well most and begged hubby to take me back today (Juneteenth) and when I tell you I'll NEVER go back!!! The older lady came to help and from the beginning I just wanted to walk back out! She was so nasty to the point of frustration. I held my tongue bc I just kept remembering my previous experience but no matter how calm and cool I was, she just kept responding with aggression and nastiness.
