Wow, I am so pleased to have found this business!…read more They were able to experterly service my Cartier watch in house, no hassle, no crazy upcharges. Battery and gasket replaced, cleaned for a fraction of Cartier or other jewelers costs. Highly recommend! Tucked away in a small strip mall, it is worth the drive for their honesty and experience.

I rarely leave reviews this long, but I genuinely feel people should be warned before bringing an…read moreexpensive watch here. I brought in a Rolex watch for service. From the beginning, the experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. The staff I dealt with, Shabana, was extremely rude and dismissive whenever I tried to ask reasonable questions about the repair process or pricing. The biggest issue was the pricing and lack of transparency. I was quoted OVER $3,000 to repair a watch worth around $8,000. When I asked for an itemized invoice, I still never received a proper professional breakdown showing actual labor costs, exact parts pricing, or clear justification for the amount being charged. The "estimate" was basically handwritten notes with vague descriptions like "overhaul x3," "gear set," "jewels," etc. What made this even more concerning was that I contacted official and other reputable watch service centers afterward and received estimates that were literally LESS THAN HALF of what this shop was charging. That alone should tell people something. The pricing also kept changing. That does not inspire confidence in the legitimacy of the pricing structure. I understand luxury watches are expensive to repair. I understand water damage can require additional work. I am NOT complaining because I expected a cheap repair. I'm complaining because the pricing felt extremely inflated and the business practices felt very questionable. To make matters worse, the polishing work was not even done properly and had 3 months for service but even they did not have the crystal to replace. For the amount being charged, I expected near-professional finishing quality, and it simply was not there. Every time I tried to calmly discuss the invoice, compare estimates, or ask for clarification, the conversation became defensive and hostile. Eventually I gave up trying to communicate because it felt impossible to have a normal customer conversation. Please be careful if you are bringing a high-end watch here. I'm sure many of the positive reviews may come from basic battery replacements, simple resizing, or standard low-cost repairs. But based on my experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from trusting this place with an expensive luxury watch repair unless you are prepared for: * extremely high pricing, * poor transparency, * aggressive communication, * and questionable value compared to authorized or reputable service centers. Do your research first. Get multiple estimates. Ask for a REAL itemized invoice before approving anything. And definitely compare with the manufacturer's official service center before leaving your watch here.

Irene, David and crew are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Service is top notch and prices are definitely reasonable. Again excellent place for getting your jewelry and next time piece!

They're still operating under the same name, but they are nothing like it's always been. One of the new owners said they would no longer offer their lifetime warranty. The woman was so ugly because they had to replace a clasp on a chain I had bought there. She said the chain wasn't purchased there and was gonna charge me over $160 to replace the clasp and clean it. When I went to pick it up, I showed her the receipt where I had purchased the chain there. She was not happy. She said they were not going to keep paying for these things. After 30+ years, I walked out for the last time. Such a shame.

They tried to charge me $65 for a part I didn't need. Had to wait for them to give me my watch back because they had to put it back together. When I got home I realized that it was no longer ticking. They voided my warranty by opening it and damaged it, and LIED to my face changing their story saying the never opened it. They are INCOMPETENT and LIARS!!! I have now been told by several local jewelers to tell everyone I know to NEVER go to their store.

This IS frustrating for me b/c I've been shopping there since they opened in the mall who knows how many years ago. I HAVE always gotten good prices and service overall though. I take all my watches there for battery replacement, Seiko takes FOREVER it seems but it's not the store, it's Seiko/parts/shipping, etc so I can't fault them for that. AND I'd rather it be done right than have to come back for faulty workmanship. Seiko has to do the testing on the water tight seal which is why it's a little more expensive and time consuming, but no point in having a diving watch that's not truly sealed. Overall a good store, great products and always fair pricing. Very competitive even w/ department stores and the sales they usually have running. They can also order you anything you like, catalogs like crazy! Hope this helps!
