The fat younger guy literally told me they could only offer me scrap price for the items. So in my head I'm assuming scrap ok 60% at lowest to 90% right? Wrong, 40 dollars for an Oz of silver. Silver is at 114.00 right now. They're offering 35%, so obviously they're taking advantage of people. I just said "nah I'm good" and took my chain back and walked right out. I'm assuming they're offering 500-1,800 per Oz of gold. I would definitely not recommend this place at all to sell gold or silver. They will take advantage of you. Hit up a refinery or try to sell on marketplace at spec price someone will but it within hours. These people at this pawnshop are definitely stealing from their customers. I would not pay your loans off and not take loans from them. Take your business elsewhere or shop around before you get taken advantage of at this location. 35%? Really?

On January 8 2025 I went into Premiere Pawn Shop and purchased a watch for $30..I wore the watch…read morethe following day on my birthday and I wore it again January 27 when I returned the watch and the clasp separated and dropped with no damage to the watch the clasp just fell off...I went into Premiere Pawn today February 4th 2025..Employee Jason was standing outside...he walked in right before me as I walked up to the counter..I presented him with the watch explaining what happened stating I did not have my receipt he asked for my telephone number I stated that I didn't want a refund just maybe a simpler watch or credit...after looking at the computer for about 3 or so minutes he says sorry he couldn't help me and suggested I take it to Jared's Jewlery to have them repair it and I asked is Premiere Pawn going to pay for the repair he replied No I asked for the store manager he replied I'm the store manager and I asked what the lady who was the store manager each time I'd done business here before he said let me go get her but she's going to tell you the same thing I said please go get her Jason went into the back after a minutes he returned and said come back in a hour she's on lunch but she's going to tell you the same thing..I left the store how can I get a refund or a store credit for my $30 purchase the watch is broken the clasp just slid right off of the watch band..Ernest Butler

8/10/2021 We have done a lot of buying and pawning at Cash…read moreAmerica, this location for 13 yrs or more. Today we went in to sell some scrap gold. They have a sign that says We Buy Gold. Guess what, the person of color who helped us took the 2 items and told me they were not gold so of course they would not want them. I knew for certain both items were 10K We went to another Cash America who check both items , verified they were 10K and we were paid almost $100. Some people are just to lazy to do their job and I hope if any of you go to this Cash America you have better service than we did

I suppose not everyone is an expert at identifying rifles but the people there have always been fair to me. Usually the long drawn out negative reviews are a little shady. 5/24/19 I walked…read moreinto lucky pawn at this location to pawn my necklace he gave me a price of $375 but i know it was worth more then that so i left an went to another pawn shop around the corner and came back but this time the people at lucky pawn says my jewelry is fake an the machine is not working any more which is hard to believe because I was just there 10 mins prior to my first stop there now all of a sudden i show up an my necklace is fake plus the machine don't work , wow what bad business horrible experience found that very disappointing and disrespectful of them to try me like that i would not recommend that place it's a scam
