I had to call them to come back and finish the job since there was so much dust and so many cobwebs left behind. When called on their shoddy cleaning job, they claimed that my house is old and hadn't been cleaned in some time. I knew that!!! That's why I enlisted them. Funny thing, when they came to see the house in the first place and give me an estimate all I heard was, "no problem" when mentioning all that needed to be done.

I'll start with the positive... there was a noticeable difference after the work was completed…read more There was a little bit of a mess left behind... some debris still on the back deck and a muddy sidewalk... I took the hose as he was leaving and rinsed off the area. In my opinion, it's was over priced. Reason: The quote over the phone was $250, when he arrived, he talked me out of doing half of the job because he didn't think it would be a noticeable difference... he spent 1 hour and still charged me the $250 from the original quote . I asked for an invoice, so that I can at least have a record, see what exactly did I pay for and shop around next time. The other reason: The invoice was sketchy... I have no clue how he makes up his prices because it was very vague and the description did not match the work.

First, Lou is a terrific human being. He is so nice - tells great jokes, will make you feel…read morecomfortable, and seems to genuinely care about people. Unfortunately, that doesn't transfer into the quality of work. I contracted with Lou to do a full power wash of our house, and he talked me into re-sanding the pavers on my patio and by my pool. He assured me this was his specialty and it was going to turn out fantastic. By the way, this was in the summer of 2022. Yes, I waited to write this review, because I felt it was fair to give Lou a chance to make things right. So, on to the job. Lou said the power washing and sanding/sealing of the pavers was a full day of work. No problem. We scheduled and waited for the day! The power washing alone took almost the entire day. His "helper" shorted out my electrical outlets during the washing phase. Lou did pay for me to have a professional come and fix that. His team tried to rush the pavers to get them done, and clearly that wasn't working, so they came back another day to finish. He assured me no sand would make its way into our pool. I think all of his sand ended up in our pool last summer. Because, it isn't in our pavers any more. I was promised a seal job that would last 8-10 years. The work completed didn't last 8-10 weeks. I now have weeds coming up through pavers because they lack sand and sealant. Beware if you contract with this company to do work for you.

Had Ethan bid on exterior, agreed to price and i paid in full in advance as he had earned my trust. Exterior painters were slow, and sloppy, having to reapply paint to large areas of siding. Rusting empty paint cans sitting for 9 months...along with various scrap from job left for me to clean up. Now 9 months later im still waiting for the job to get finished...have second story windows covered with masking, plastic sheeting now torn and flying off second story gutter, blue paint left on white trim, painters tape fluttering from porch ceiling.....9 windows not painted...blue overspray on glass, and white trim, and listened to excuse after excuse end of LAST summer when it would be completed. Gave his word it would be finished before i left for 4 months last NOVEMBER. Just plain no shows 3 different times including today. Wont answer calls or texts. This is elder abuse fraud. Do not trust this articulate, charming guy. He will smile as he steals from you.
