Typical Vietnamese run nail salon. There's 8 pedi (massage) chairs and 6 mani chairs. Decent nail colour selection. I just popped in for a pedi on a Saturday around noon. They were busy but I was greeted right away by Rose. Rose said I would have a 30 mins wait but then when I umm-ed and ahh-ed about it, they took me in right away and told me to pick a polish. Rose was very quick. I barely soaked my feet before she got started with cutting my nails. She asked me what nail shape I wanted and was very gentle throughout, especially with cuticle trimming which I appreciated. Some places are super rough. I paid cash $35 ($5 tip). Terrible!! Booked my Mother's Day pedicure to treat myself and my daughter for a 6pm appointment before dinner. They said, oh 6pm is so late, let me book you for 5:30pm instead. So I agreed and changed my dinner reservations as well. When we showed up, the lady looked nervously around when I said 5:30pm... then said oh, we'll have to take you at 6pm. I see 2 elderly ladies sitting getting their toenails done. Guess they took our spot! No apologies no explanation other than, oh we are delayed. They had my phone number and could have called me. Instead left me with a bad taste in my mouth and ruined my Mother's day treat with my daughter. Will NOT be returning here!! read more

Terrible service. They always take in too many customers and work on two at the time, so everything takes way too long. I made a reservation and they still accepted a walk in so the technician worked on us simultaneously. At times I was waiting for more than 10 minutes for the person to get back to me. I had shellac nails done here and it was horrible. My manicurist was not skilled and the paint is on my cuticles and skin. There are bubbles and dust particles on my nails. She didn't ask me if I want my nails cut shorter , I had to tell her. I have 8 layers on my nail. And she didn't even offer to moisturise my had after its been dried from the alcohol. I would rather pay more to go to better nail salons with better service. read more

Absolutely horrible. Having been a loyal customer for over 10 years I was shocked at the recent treatment I received. Niki is never on time and usually involved in 2 or 3 appointments simultaneously, or talking on the phone, all of which I've come to expect. But when I arrived for my mani-pedi appointment the other day and was ordered by her to "just wait a few minutes" in the nastiest tone possible, I found out that, in fact, another lady was given my same time slot, while Niki was working on 2 other people already. What a mess. But since I was told that she'd be "a few minutes" I decided to wait, and wait I did. In fact, I was sitting with my feet in water which had become ice cold for over 45 minutes, and still no pedicure. When I finally said to Niki that I had no more time to wait, she angrily dried off my feet and began speaking to her coworkers in Vietnamese. No apology. Not a shred of kindness. Nothing but anger and rudeness. The older lady (Niki's mother) finally came over to tell me how sorry she was, but that did not make up for Niki's viscous behaviour. No one needs to pay good money to be treated in such a terrible manner. In fact, Niki is rarely friendly and usually grumpy and abrupt, which sets the tone for a most unenjoyable experience. I will never step foot in this awful place again, and if you value customer service, neither should you. read more

Let me start by saying that I am not sure that I would return. That said I would bring my grandmother back. The staff were gentle, thorough and exceptionally kind to her. They treated her with respect and went the extra mile to be sure she was comfortable as she had her toes treated to a pampering pedicure. She is still raving since her treatment yesterday. We were there together and we booked together. So completely finishing her then coming back to me as an after thought is not ok. Leaving her to wait while someone now fusses with me is stressful to an elderly person who needs her other person to lean on and walk with and it makes me feel rushed and so much for feeling special. Wow. Not impressed. Highly recommend you going somewhere else. I had an absolutely terrible experience here. I stopped by during the day to see if I could go in on my lunch break to have my acrylic nails removed. They were accommodating with fitting me in which was appreciated but other than that there is nothing nice to say. The technician felt it was necessary to remove my nails by inserting the nail tips they use for acrylic nails, between the fake nail and my real nail to lift them off. This left me in tears and in a bit of pain. I asked the technician multiple times if she could soak them and take them off that way instead - I've had fake nails for years and this has ALWAYS been the way they were removed. It is gentle and efficient. She told me this way was better and proceeded to put me through pain. After the nails were off, I asked her to please leave them alone as they were now so thin that any kind of filing would cause more pain. A few nails even had skin showing underneath. I left extremely unhappy and in a lot of discomfort. I was unable to put my hands under warm to hot water for a day or two and just touching them hurt. I hope this never happens to anyone else. read more

Anna did a fantastic job on my feet! She really put a lot of effort into making me flip flop ready! I have dry and calloused feet and she worked wonders tonight! I think $30 is reasonable for a pedicure and they cleaned up and painted my 9 year old daughter toes for $10. read more

I went to this place for the first time today & it will be the last time too. Although I did read the reviews beforehand, I thought I'd still give it a try; thinking maybe I'd have a decent experience. On top of that, I work so close by; I was hoping this would be my new go to salon right after work. I went to get a regular manicure done; not shellac. It was the worst manicure service I've ever received honestly! It was finished in close to 11 minutes. The lady took off my previous color, yet left so much remnants of the color on my nails & although she cleaned up my cuticles, they were only half done. Usually the massage is done twds the ending, but she did it at the beginning and she only lightly massaged my hands for 5 seconds each; she didn't even massage my arms like everywhere else does. I kept quiet the whole time! I thought to myself, what's the point of saying anything, they clearly don't care. The lady called over another lady & said I don't know what to her in their language & then that lady sat down and started using a drill on my nails. She said 'so hard to remove the polish from fingers'. I said oh OK. I asked her if she could clean up my cuticles better & she barked at me: "SHE ALREADY DO THIS FOR YOU! NOW YOU WANT ME TO RE DO AGAIN?" Not sure why she felt she had to yell at me, I asked politely. I said to her, well I've had manicures done many times before & I've never had so much cuticle stuff left still & hang nails still there. She once again rudely said: ' THIS IS MANICURE! WE ONLY CLEAN THIS AREA, NOT THERE'. I was getting really mad myself now , but yet I calmly said, OK, you don't need to yell at me, this is my first time ive been here & I'm just asking questions; I'm just not used to manicures looking like this as the end result. She yells back at me 'I working here 7 year! You the rude one!" And she starts putting the top coat on angrily. As she did so, I was still nice to her, although she didn't deserve it. I said to her 'you know what, I do hair for a living & not everybody cuts hair the exact same way & if clients ask me questions about anything, or ask me to change anything, I answer them nicely; I don't yell at them. Because in our industry, that's how we get return clients, good customer service, good quality service & making sure the client is happy with their service; plus word of mouth is huge for us'. I was just making a point to her & she completely ignored me & rolled her eyes. Anyway, I have never, ever had such a horrible nail service, combined with shit customer service in my 16 + years of getting my nails done at ANY place. I always, always tip! But not this time! I left with my nails having air bubbles & cuticles that weren't removed, combined with hang nails. The rude witch that serviced me was Nikki. Do yourself a favor & don't even give these people your money. I should've listened to the reviews; everybody was RIGHT! You are better off getting a simple manicure done by a student than at this place. Unfortunately, I had to select a star rating before I could post my review; they don't even deserve any stars, but unfortunately, I have to select 1. Oh Ya! I used to come here often and now I remember why I stopped coming. I have currently been sitting here 40 minutes after my appointment was suppose to start and nothing has happened other than to sit me down at a seat and put the foil on my toes to take off the gel. I doubt it needs to sit for 40 minutes.They overbook way too frequently and now I remember my frustration of this happening way too often. Nikki is great for nails but this is just a waste of my time and a complete disregard for people's busy life. Won't be coming back sorry. read more

Very expensive place for just shellac manicure! They charge same as Gel nails and everywhere else shellac is just an extra $5-7... Their work is normal and started having air bubbles right after I left! Very not worth it and won't be back... Usually any place they have a pedicure/manicure special it would be that specific price plus the $5-7 extra for shellac nails! Never seen a shellac manicure for $37 way too expensive!!! read more

Made an appointment for pedicure & manicure with acrylic tips...... they were very nice but rushed pedicure with ZERO massage. Manicure seems to be going well and then I notice how crooked my thumb nail is. I mention it's lop sided & the girl basically refuses to fix it - making excuses that it will look different once it's painted. I ask politely if she can please fix the tip. She says oh we are busy...... I reply yes, but it's crooked..... she doesn't fix it. Another customer is sitting with nails wrapped in tinfoil under the light.....with no one paying attention to her and lets the staff know "it's burning my hands!" Two other women are waiting FOREVER with feet to be polished and I hear two asking how much longer etc......I pay & leave- then noticing how crooked two other nails are. NEVER going back. I will stick to perfectly polished. You shouldn't over crowd a salon when your staff clearly can't handle that many customers ...... 90$ for my nails too look like my four year old filed them. read more
