The salon is on the smaller side but very clean and inviting. Three of us got gel x full sets and one got a regular gel manicure. The experience was very soothing, and the technicians were gentle and checked in frequently to ensure the length and colors were to our liking. We were visiting from out of town but I'm looking forward to the next time I come to the Richmond area because I will for sure book another appointment!

During my last visit, I had an appointment with Britley. I specifically told her to make sure my white tips were done properly so they would not come off, and I also asked for proper cuticle cleaning. Unfortunately, the work was poorly done, and not even a week later my tips are already coming off. I paid around $250 for a manicure and pedicure, and while money was not the issue, I expected quality service for what I paid. I had previously told Lilly that I preferred a more senior technician since Hayden had been moved to the downtown location. When I called back today asking them to fix the issue, they gave me an appointment with Hayden, who apparently is back now. However, when I tried calling again for over an hour to change the appointment time, the staff repeatedly hung up on me (which has happened before). Eventually someone answered, I politely asked if I could change the time, and they immediately hung up and blocked my number. This level of customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have also personally witnessed staff mocking customers behind their backs, and it feels like they clearly have favourite clients while treating others poorly. After being a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed. The environment feels toxic, and the way customers are treated is unacceptable.

It's only been 3 days and my nails already started cracking and the nail polish starting peeling off. Usually shellac lasts for 2 weeks minimum. It's only been THREE days!
