    I don't know this company so I can't speak on their work, but I can speak on is how they conduct…read morethemselves, off site of their property. The owner of this company or said person affiliated with it came to my neighborhood to help move somebody with two other big trucks and , trailers, I had my small trailer, parked on the side of the road. They pushed my trailer out of the way to make room for theirs in front of my neighbors driveway., I asked them why they moved my trailer without my permission, and they showed no regard for my property, simply told me they would put it back when they're done, with no apologies whatsoever for touching my property, or to the neighbor that they pushed the trailer in front of his driveway so he couldn't leave cause he was blocked in ,they left said location and didn't push my trailer back where I had it in the first place. So I had to move my own trailer back to its original spot , which they didn't even have to move it. They parked a truck there with a boat on it. The trailer wasn't in their way at all for their other truck and trailer that they were packing up to move people with.if this is how you run your company, then I will make sure I never use your business and I hope people never do again. You only have three stars and I think that's a direct reflection of what you think About Customer service that mean offsite as well., you drive a truck with your company logo on it that should mean something, if I came to your business and move your things around without your permission, I don't think you would take too kindly that. That tells me you don't have integrity and you don't care about your customers or the people in this community. you owe myself and my neighbor, an apology for your disrespect and disregard for somebody else's property.. I doubt that'll happen because you don't follow through with even the little things that you said you would've done to put my trailer back in its original spot. So have a great day.

    When I arrived the staff was eager to help me get a quote to wrap my mini Cooper. I had to wait…read moreover a month for an appointment, which was fine. The day of the wrap I dropped off the vehicle taking an Uber home and was phoned after about 4 hours to say it was finished. when I got there only half of the work was done and the receptionist started having an attitude with me when I queried the half done job, saying it's not her responsibility to make sure that the work was completed. After a long argument the technician who did the work came and said he will finish the job another day and that they "will make this right". Two weeks later I dropped off the mini again, taking an Uber home . No friendliness, just "we'll call you when it's done " by the same lady. When I picked up the vehicle later that day she insisted I paid the full amount, and that they will not reimburse me for the Uber or give me any discount for the inconvenienced of having to return a second time.. "we did a service and you have to pay us for it" No one came to show me the work that was done or make sure that I was satisfied. No after care instructions was given, no talk if any kind of warrenty was offered. The technician passed me in the parking lot on my way to the vehicle and didn't even bother to greet me or ask me if I was happy with the job. These people are rude and gave poor customer service and I urge people to rather use another wrapping service where they care about there customers... $900 might not be a lot for them, but it was a lot for me to have spent . Shame on them for making what should have been an exciting experience a horrible one!!!!
