I had them design and install a full sign wrap on a 2017 Ford Transit 150 Van. I think the design work was excellent and I've since learned that the installation and the $4,000 price were average at best. The real issue was the thoughtlessness of Lance Carroll who handled my project from start to finish. He didn't acknowledge, confirm, and inform throughout the four day project causing me to miss other scheduled appointments and waste a significant amount of my time. I recommend that you use this company, just don't expect timelines, common courtesies, or even regret when they miss their deadlines ....at least not from Lance Carroll.

Once again, a FedEx driver, not all are bad, left my package at the wrong address. I don't know…read morewhere it is or whether the recipient will bring it to my place. I received a text saying the package was delivered, and it even included a photo of the delivery. Then I get a message saying they "attempted" to deliver it and will try again on the next business day. You can't get a hold of any "real" person, just a robot that runs you around in circles, even when you ask to speak to a live person. If they have my package, I'm willing to pick it up. I haven't been able to reach anyone to locate it. I am glad they are not delivering my medication or a heart if I needed a transplant.

This morning we found a Kanas City Steaks pkg at our front door. The driver entered the park and went past the addressee,which was the second house past the entrance, and came to the back of the park to leave it at my house. This has happened multiple times over the past five years with different drivers. A phone call to FedEx did no good.
