My son's luggage sat at Logan for several days with absolutely zero sense of urgency AND he is on medication that he MUST check in so that caused more issues. I was in a bind and finally had no choice but to do what I could to handle this on my own. The first company I called was this one. I called at 12:30am EST and after 2 rings, Greg picked up. He's the owner. He listened to my situation, calmed me down, and stated "I will help you." Word that NO ONE said at the airline nor DDD. I provided him with information, he promised me he would take care of me. I went to bed. At 11:00am, my son received his luggage. All I can say is LISTEN.RESPOND.DELIVER that is the slogan for this company. I am extremely grateful that Greg took my call and was willing to help a parent like me at 12:30am and do as he promised. FedEx driver attempted a delivery of a parcel. I immediately stopped him before he left as both…read moreends of the package were opened. The parcel weighed 50LBs and was heavy. The parcel itself was damaged and he tried to leave but I stopped him. He did not speak English and used his phone as a translator. After going back and forth with him I refused the package , helped him tape it back up. I then received an email that it was DELIVERED. It was NOT. It was refused by myself because it was damaged . The shipper also received the same email. He lied. Today I just received an email that the same package is out for re-delivery....yes the same damaged parcel. They told me he brought it back and retaped it up with the damaged parts inside. FedEx you should be ashamed for this shady practice. I have the entire 11 minutes he was here on video. Extremely pissed off customers who uses FedEx for our company.......not any more

i waited all day only to receive a text saying they were here and texted no one was here for pick…read moreup!!!! I live on the second floor and there is no doorbell. There is, however a paper telling to call my number because no doorbell. Call shipping number and after being transferred 3 times!!!! they say they are not allowed to call or text people for pick up. Yet they have absolutely no problem texting after the fact no one was here!!! It was raining and I believe they just thought they would melt and didn't want to pick up package. Its a dishwasher and I cant deliver myself as I am 72 years old. This is the absolute worst customer service possible!!!! I will never use fed ex again and will put on all the sites I can. If i do business with a company that uses fed-ex I will cancel my business. EVERYONE who I was able to contact spoke very little english and had thick accents.
