The line wrapped around the building to the point cars couldn't get into or out of the parking lot or the Kinney drug drive thru on the backside. The car in front of us was at the window for 10 minutes waiting for their order. The workers at the window apologized saying they were short staffed. Could they have pulled cars to the parking lot and brought their order out to them to speed things up? Needless to say our drinks were watered down and our food was cold. My wife's English muffin was barely toasted, limp and inedible . Not the first time we had issues with this particular Dunkin

When she was done she stood there leaning on the counter with those same gloves on and asked me what she could get me? I said "you're going to change those gloves right?" She said "oh sure" and preceded to change the gloves. She started to forget the onions but after I reminded her she put them on. The lady bagging the subs and other items seemed more preoccupied with everything else going on than trying to bag my stuff properly. This place has gone down hill for sure.

In the end, I had a delicious and healthy meal for less than $8. #winning Our cashier was extremely friendly and provided some useful around town tips once he learned we were visiting from out of town. The store was well stocked and the bakery featured a large selection of prepackaged and fresh baked goods. Strawberry shortcakes were on sale for $4.99, that's a real NY bargain! All the major departments - produce, meat, seafood, dairy, were stocked almost to overflowing, with good regular and sale prices displayed prominently. The store is brightly lit and the aisles are wide. There are 2 self-checkouts. The employees here are really friendly and chatty. If it ever expands (and if it does well, it should be considered), add some more hot food stations and a salad bar.
