I was very disappointed with the quality of the vinyl and finishing of the 3 banners I ordered. On your website quality is one of your selling points that's why I bought 3 banners. The 8x8 already has tares after one day installed. The hem is glued back instead of stitch hemmed. Not enough grommets on the 4x4 (only 4) while the 8x8 has 12. I don't see it lasting long specially in New Jersey weather. The print quality is good, turn around and delivery time are great but doesn't compensate for a product that already ripped in one day! I work with an official State office backed through a Foundation that processes all payments, etc. I was appalled this company requires payment first (because we all know what that is like if the creative work is done wrong, late, or you never get) with extremely rude and short customer service reps. When I tried to discuss this is work worth about $700 is for an official state agency that does not have credit cards, etc. but instead are Foundation based with vendor management and direct deposit forms they would not even listen nor allow me to discuss with a manager. The operator said she makes those decisions and would not give me the time or day. I would highly recommend you take your business, just as I have, to a company that understands customer service. This place gives me big business/non-local attitude as I have never had this issue with ANY creative company that makes banners, signs, etc. before. I really wish my past vendor did not retire. I can not say enough good things about this company. A friend of mine recommended them a few years ago when I needed to make soccer banners. I did the custom design, and it was a little rocky at first, but once I understood how to use Publisher and get the right size and pixels, I was a designing queen. I have ordered over 15 - 2"x4" individual vinyl banners and around 5 - 4"x4" banners. They have arrived at my home in stellar time and every time I've unraveled them, they look better than I could have imagined. The price is nothing you can beat and even though I do feel guilty about not shopping local, like I normally do, my pocketbook (and husband) thank me. These are a fraction of the cost I would have payed. I have never had any problems with any of the graphic designers, they have helped me tremendously and I've never had any issues with customer service either. All around a great experience. I usually use Staples for quick needs but I just tried these guys because they were so inexpensive yet still had rapid turn time. Just got the banner and LOVE it. I was a little skeptical about using this company after all the bad reviews but the prices are unbeatable. My order had a total of $45 for 2 car magnets 24x16 inches.(Uploaded my Print Ready File) I went ahead and placed the order considering that the price was cheaper than other printing companies and that if i got screwed my loss wouldn't hurt too much. Also in other reviews i read that the company took several days for delivering orders but i wasn't in a rush so i didn't mind. Placed the order on a Saturday morning 3/14 and I received it today Wednesday 3/18. They used Fedex Ground services. Professionally packed and great printing quality. Why not 5 Star ? - After I placed my order I found they have 2 websites: stickersbanners.com and stickersbanners.net . I used .COM when I placed my order. I tried to check the status of my order on Monday and I couldn't find any option on that site to login to my account. Luckily I placed my order using my Paypal acc so I knew that somehow I was protected and that payment went trough. -Never received any email confirming that I opened an acc with them, payment received or any confirmation about my design been received or ready to be printed as they mention they would do. I did not panic too much about the design file as I made sure all the requirements were there before I sent it. We don't have a huge budget, and these banners are outdoors during New England summers and winters. They hold up well, don't tear, no fading. (The banners we order are LARGE, 6x8 or 3x10) We have had to call and provide additional details, or ask questions before ordering. Although they have great prices, they are NOT open after hours meaning after 2 pm PST and they don't tell you that when you call...as a result, you are on hold with classical music for a half hour and no one ever comes on the line to help you...why? BECAUSE they've gone home...but they don't mind not telling you that...so you are on hold forever with no one picking up! Also, their "chatbox" doesn't work either. they say you are third in the que...but no one ever comes on there either. Don't try calling their affiliate outlets in the various states, they have little info and very little way of getting ahold of these folks. Yes, the prices are good but unless you are up at the crack of dawn West Coast time or get to them by the end of your lunch you are Sorry outta luck. Also, no weekend phone help at ALL so they have major bankers hours and will NOT let you know if you call and they are gone for the day...just be prepared to be on hold for a long long time....and call EARLY or no one, not even the chat box will help you. STAY AWAY!! This is when I wish for zero stars. Absolutely terrible customer service. They never shipped my original order, so I had to call and ask for status, and they said it must have gotten lost (no tracking information was showing up) so they resent it like what must be media mail because it took almost a week to get to me. Then, it was printed in the wrong colors. The grey stripes (I'm not sure how that gets messed up - it has one ink color - were PINK. I called to see if they could please reprint it for me as now I was really in a timing bind. They said to email photos of the banner, which I did. Three business days later, still nothing and they would not return my emails. I called again today and am told that only a "supervisor" can authorize a reprint, and he is not available, not in the office, and they are not sure when he will be back. Wow. There is only one person in this entire company that can authorize them fixing a mistake and no one knows where he is. That is AWESOME. I placed an order on Sunday and received an invoice for order on Monday. I paid for the order Monday evening so I didn't expect the order to be processed until Tuesday. I called Tuesday to confirm that they received payment and was told my order would be shipped that evening. Great? No so great, I contact stickers banner on Wednesday to get tracking number and was told that my order had not shipped and wouldn't ship until that night. I question why my order didn't ship on Tuesday as they advertise same day shipping. They were unsure. Contacted them on Thursday to get tracking number - finally shipped banner and will be delivered tomorrow (DAY OF THE EVENT). I just discovered this place and at first I was no sure how the quality of the vinyl banners would be because the prices are so low. I'm so glad I gave it a shot. For $25 I got an 8'x3' banner with grommets and decent stitching. I live in Atlanta so I can pick up my banners and save on shipping. I love how easy it is to transfer my custom designs.
