If you have a lot of money ($100,000+) to spend, have no time limit, and like to hear the same canned excuses for why your car isn't ready as repeatedly promised, this place is for you. If you are considering using this business, do your research first. Look at multiple sources. Look at public records. UCC filings. Bankruptcy filings. Civil tax liens. How many recent good reviews are there and for how big a job? Notice the common themes of the critical ones. Then read the tone of the owner's responses, consistently disparaging clients who expressed dissatisfaction with their experience. My own recent horrible experience was very much like the others. But 10X worse. Maybe yours would be different. But be prepared for the same 5-6 tired responses to any problem you have, and then for personal insults. UPDATE: our car was picked up (unfinished) and trailered straight to a reputable shop in Marietta which has been here 40 years for inspection and evaluation of the work allegedly performed. They went through every charge for parts and labor. We discovered that the job done could have been done for HALF of what we paid. And the quality of work was unremarkable. Now, we have to put at least $15,000 more in to fix all of the new leaks and unfinished work, including three of the initial things we brought the car in for. (Window, lights and AC) Examples of work done before that needs to be redone now: Modify shift linkage to clear exhaust pipe transmission kick down linkage missing, replace transmission fluid leak from cooler line at back of transmission may need to have a new line made Parking brake cables need to be attached; cable is missing Both rear freeze plugs leaking Brake lights and turn signals not working (they worked when we brought the car in) Reseal both valve covers due to leaks Again, caveat emptor.

I got my front window shield and front two side windows tinted clear. I still believe in other drivers being able to see inside my car and make eye contact. He was very efficient and had great time management. He was very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience doing tinting. My car looks great and the sun is not beating down on my left arm when I'm driving or heating my car up inside if I forget to put my windshield visor down. Great value for the price!

We brought our truck in for a cooling/heating issue, which the shop repaired. However, the overall…read moreexperience raised serious concerns about their judgment and professionalism. Without our authorization, the shop added brake fluid, claiming the brake pedal went to the floor when they moved the truck into the bay. This was never discussed with us beforehand, nor were we given the opportunity to approve or decline the work. More troubling, within about a mile of leaving the shop, we experienced a complete brake failure. This created a dangerous situation that should never occur after a vehicle has just been serviced. When we contacted the owner, he claimed he had informed us there was a brake shop next door if we needed further service. That statement is simply not true--no such information was provided. While the original issue was fixed, the lack of communication, unauthorized work, and the safety risk we experienced afterward are unacceptable. We strongly recommend others proceed with caution and ensure all work is clearly authorized and explained before service is performed.

I casually mentioned I was getting my windshield fixed tomorrow in Lilburn at Safelite and it was going to be around $1,000 (insurance wouldn't cover it). My appointment was at 1:00, (3 hours minimum) and they couldn't promise it would be $1k, might be more, depending on what they ended up having to do. Stephen said, MOM...they are the most expensive place! Did you call around for estimates?" Well, I had just asked a few people and they all said Safelite. If you know me, you will have a hard time believing I didn't call around. I squeeze a dime until it screams - but this time I didn't. I googled and found a company in Grayson that had all 5 stars with many reviewers. I called and spoke to Jonathan (who I found out later was the owner). He quoted less than half the price Safelite quoted AND THEY WOULD COME TO MY HOUSE!!! OK, now I'm listening. I want you to know he was at my house a couple of hours later, installed the windshield, calibrated it (Toyota's have to be calibrated with a windshield change), cleaned my dashboard and sat with me to explain everything he did. This is a family-owned business. Nicest man you will ever meet. I am so thankful for him and all the events that led up to this! Honest, amazing work and fun to talk to!
