She was also SO sweet and even brought me coffee. She really cares about her clients being happy with the end result. I'm obsessed with how my hair turned out and I've already booked with her again. The only reason I'm knocking off one star has nothing to do with Kaihler herself, but the salon's product pricing. I purchased a hair product there for $47, then realized afterward the exact same product/size is selling for around $25 at Ulta and Amazon, and even the brand's own website has it listed for $36. Marking products up that much is pretty scammy and left a bad taste in my mouth, so I definitely wouldn't purchase products from the salon again. But overall, Kaihler herself was amazing and I'd definitely recommend booking with her!

Im very picky when it comes to my hair and don't go out to get a cut as often because I haven't found a hair stylist who I can trust much yet so I was super excited to go in for my appointment here. However, my hair cut came out not as I expected. Given the amazing photos I saw and with long hair I was hoping to get some nice layers and cut my hair shorter with more style but u fortunately it came out to be an average short hair cut that lacked depth and a good side bang. Although Mayada was really nice, my search is definitely still on for finding a stylist right for me.
