I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience that started with the service department and ended with a complete lack of leadership. When I expressed my frustration, the manager's response was effectively, "service is bad everywhere." There was no apology or "how can I help?" Instead, I was given excuses about how difficult it is to find personable technicians and why I should essentially accept a subpar experience. It's clear management is more focused on preserving "margins" than providing professional service. If good service is hard to find, I'd still rather take my business to someone who actually tries. Being content with providing a horrible customer experience is a choice, and it's one this business has made. Recommendation: Save yourself the headache and go to Pony Powersports instead. They seem to understand that protecting the bottom line shouldn't come at the expense of the person standing in front of them.
