Currently, it hosts several clothing and accessory shops as well as a shoe store, floral design area, an ice cream shop (with amazing homemade cones!), and a soap & candle type shop. Because of its nature, shops rotate in and out so make sure you check in often to see whats here. On my most recent trip, I checked out Blu- Goodwill ' s fashionable new and used women's clothing shop for some great deals. I also explored the soap and candle shop for yummy smells. They have one particular candle called 'the queen of farts' that had me cracking up! Don't worry- it did smell good!

This review is specifically for the associate I had to deal with. I came in for an easy return for…read moreshoes that I never wore outside, still had my receipt and was well-within 30 days of purchasing them. The only thing was I didn't have the box, which shouldn't have been a problem at all since I didn't pay for the box, I paid for the shoes and mind you, I used to work in shoe retail for 5 years and we never had to take a box with a return. So I walk in and the nice cashier was busy with a customer and asked (whom I believe to be the manager) to do a return for him since he was busy. The manager came up and immediately had the worst attitude ever. He grabbed my shoes and studied the bottom of one of them forever to see if I had worn them outside and wouldn't make eye contact with me. I handed him the receipt and he then proceeded to talk down to me in a very snarky way, "You don't have the box?" "No, I don't have the box." "Why don't you have the box? Did you buy them without the box or did you just crumple it up and throw it away?" (Again in his snarky attitude.) "I don't have the box." "Next time bring the box in." (Even more snarky) At this point I realized that he was not only mean and snarky, I felt that he was being sexist and that he felt he could talk down to me or over me because I'm a young woman. He proceeded to get my phone number for the receipt and he made the hardest/angriest signature I've ever seen. And no, you will never need the box to return shoes, but he acted like he wasn't going to accept my return without it. This man was average height, dark brown hair, slightly on the heavier side, and had to have been around my age, late 20s early 30s. Worst employee!

I had a great experience here the other day & found the shoes I wanted plus getting my son a pair as well. I would have easily spent over $100 at the mall or another department store but not at Shoe Carnival, a pair of Nikes & boots cost me $70! Woot.
