We have a large lot with about a 5-6 hundred foot water line. They zeroed in on the leak very quickly. They then dug it up (a small opening) and repaired the line. They stayed for more than 30 minutes to be sure the repair would hold. I was amazed at the minimal price for this repair considering they had to travel about 300 miles round trip. Believe me, they KNOW what they are doing. The techs were great-- professional, friendly, and good communicators.

I could not see or get to the leak, but initially called a plumber who recommended an entire new sewer line for 5K. A second opinion was in order, and I called American Leak Detector to investigate. It took Matt and Mike about 30 minutes to find the leak and also fix. Turns out it was a drain cap that had come loose or rusted off of a cleanout line and every time the kitchen sink turned on, water dribbled out of the open access. Mike even took a video with his camera to show me the problem. These guys were top shelf and could get to places I thought impossible. It was such a relief to have the problem identified AND repaired. Very professional and very nice guys. If you have a leak that you need identified and repaired, I would not hesitate to give these guys a call. Robin and Mandy in the office were a pleasure to work with as well.

CONS, the day after the deck was poured cracks started to appear everywhere around the pool, the concrete guys didn't show till 2 days later to cut the expansion joints , i think if they did when they should have we may not be getting more deeper cracks, i cont them mult times, even had their guy come out and tell me this should not be happening so soon and they left chunks of debris from the concrete around the pool for me to clean up, other issues with the cover and cover pump that led to a liner failure so many issues

Dakota came out and took care of the biggest issue and let me know what could be done about other things. He was beyond helpful and we talked about him returning to fix the rest. He also measured for a new thermal cover. However, the main office never followed through with a return visit or to finalize my order for a new cover. I didn't even get a response to the email followup request that I sent the day I received the invoice for the original visit.
