We wanted to capture these precious memories together, and hiring a photographer turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Of the four photographers I contacted, Darryl at Flying C Media was the first to respond. Not only did he reply quickly, but he also took the time to understand our needs and provided several options that worked for our group. On the day of the photo shoot, Darryl arrived early, which immediately put us at ease. His preparation and professionalism gave him time to get everything set up before we started, and he remained available for as long as we needed him. He was patient, accommodating, and genuinely invested in helping us create meaningful memories during a very emotional and important visit. What impressed us even more was that Darryl went above and beyond photography. When I brought it back that afternoon for help in starting it, the man who had sold it to me was very unprofessional, with a complete lack of people skills. He got angry and contradicted me, claiming to know everything since he'd been to Stihl "school". But he was wrong. Stihl's own directions for breaking in a new saw contradict what he said. Where do they find these people? I hope I don't ever have to go back there again.

Lucky for us I saw a Garage Door Rescue truck in the parking lot at Publix. I called the number 251-621-6622 and spoke to the owner (she owns it with her husband Brandon - I cannot remember her name.) She was absolutely fantastic. She asked me questions and insisted I check to make sure there was not an issue I could fix myself, even telling me what to look for and told me to cancel the service call I had scheduled if I was able to get it working. When I scheduled the appointment I was given NOT a 4 hour window, or a 3 hour window, or a 2 hour window. I was given a 1 hour window and Brandon showed up right on time. He told me exactly what he was going to do and what I could expect. He was able to fix the problem and it still be covered by the $100 service call fee. He also did extra service that was still covered by the initial fee. We were so impressed and please with the service we received. They do a great job. I learned he has been doing this for over 10 years (I believe that is what he said), and his father has been in the business for over 35 years.

Called and had an appointment quickly, very nice people. At the appointment, was a full garage door review, oiled and looked everything over. The door needed some repairs to reduce noise and also needed a new clicker(prior owner did not provide ) bought one on Amazon. Since the Amazon one was fickle and easily "cleared", I also bought one from this company. They programmed all new clickers and cleared the history on my existing garage door. I'm fully happy with the service provided and thght that the price was completely fair. I'm glad to say I found a company that sees a future client and not someone to take advantage of (new home buyer must have $$ )
