Told me ahead of time they were still waiting to be put on our insurance co's provider list, but said we could self-pay. Thirty minutes and $80'ish later, we were walking back out the door after having seen the provider. Didn't feel rushed through like cattle and Dad was feeling much better the following day due to the RX provided. Only issue was one of the RX given the ins didn't want to cover. I prob could have called the office back and asked for an alternative, but instead just got a partial fill. So 4.5 stars, and that rounds to 5. Just please, for the love of all, keep enough providers and staff on hand to ensure your wait time stays reasonable. Area doesn't need another shoddy and understaffed urgent care!

Nurse called name out to come back, guessing the lady at the front wrote the name wrong on the…read morepaper and called a name that wasn't mine. I wasn't sure if she was calling out for me to come back but she stood behind the door and called my name mispronounced it and gave me hella attitude when I came up asking if it was me or not her response was "your the only one sitting out there" but she never came around the corner or nothing. She put up an argument and didn't apologize. It wasn't the point of mispronouncing the name it was the way she went about it, very unprofessional. She honestly doesn't need to be working there as a nurse and dealing with people who don't feel well. We are a military family and it was just a terrible encounter. Her Name is Gabriella (Gabby)

I don't really like this doctor office. This is the worst doctor office I have ever been to. My…read moreexperience is that the person at the front desk is not friendly in my opinion. The doctors are fine. I have been there three times and I have seen three of their doctor. The first two doctors I have seen were great the last one was ok. She put in some medicine for me but she did not do a prior authorization form for it. I find this out when I want to the pharmacy where I was supposed to pick it up. The people at the pharmacy were nice and tried to override it but couldn't. So I call this doctor office about it like 5 or so times and they were not answer their phone. Once I finally got a hold of them they redirected me to the nurses station. They did not answer the phone so I call the station like 3 times until I just left a voicemail. They finally called me back a few hours later and told me they were going to do the paper work tomorrow. And I was like ok thank you. I don't live in Fayetteville nor Fort Bragg right now. I get my medicine at Womack pharmacy. I recently went off to college and the pharmacy is about an hour way. They did not seem apologetic about me having to go there to not pick up the medicine when I leave an hour. However I did not care that much because they said they were going to do the authorization form. So then I went to the pharmacy about two weeks later and the people at the pharmacy said that they still do not have the prior authorization form for the same medication again. I was annoyed. I called the doctor's office about three times until I was able to speak to someone. Once I was finally able to speak to to the front desk, they said they are going to let the doctor know. They didn't not call me back to let me know about anything. So I called the office to see if they did the prior authorization form for my medicine and they did a week later. I am honestly over this place. I feel like they don't respect people's time. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Dr Bunao and staff are super friendly! Great small clinic that gives off a personal touch to every…read morevisit. We are a military family and this office was was assigned to us via tricare. We were lucky to be assigned an office off the base. I would totally recommend this clinic and Dr Bunao if you live in the Sanford Lee or Harnett county.

Dr. Bunao is absolutely awesome. He spent over 1/2 hour with my daughter who's going through some…read moredigestive issues. He recommended that she see a GI specialist and a heart doctor (because she's having chest pain) because he just wants to rule everything else out before he gives her a blanket diagnosis. I was so impressed with his bedside manner. She's only 19 so he told her not to be scared and explained exactly what the GI would do. I could go on and on about how awesome he is. His staff is efficient and kind and helpful. We got an appointment the day I called. Honestly what an amazing doctor!!! I totally trust him not only for myself - but my teen!
