Had I done what they told me to, I would have stood in line. TWICE. Given the number of people in line, my second time through would have probably forced me to wait another twenty minutes. For a prescription I had already paid for. To make matters worse, the guy who rang me up made no mention of the fact that I would have to get back in line. It was only after I asked to speak with the pharmacist that my prescription was somehow miraculously ready. On top of this, the men's room was filthy, with urine on the toilet seat, toilet seat covers on the floor, and no toilet paper. When I mentioned this to a cashier at the suggestion of a pharmacy tech, I was told that the bathroom wouldn't be cleaned until midnight due to a lack of staff.

I have had multiple problems with Cropwell Pharmacy. They keep telling me the doctor never called to refill a scrip, when I know from the 26 years I've been dealing with my doctors, that's incorrect. The problem has been ongoing. Today was the final straw... I called the pharmacy twice in the last few days to find out if my warfarin refill was there. The doctor had given me only 40, since I needed my INR levels checked first. That was done Tuesday. When I specifically asked if the ENTIRE script was there, I was told yes. Fast forward to today when I went in and discovered it was NOT the entire script, it was only forty. When I started questioning them about the wrong information I was given, I was told I was abusing the employees. I did not curse or swear, I questioned why they got it wrong again. After no cursing on my part, the owner called me "an asshole" and told me to take my business elsewhere, which I have already done. I called the Mt Holly Acme pharmacy and spoke to Regina, the friendliest and most helpful pharmacist I ever met. Regina signed me up for an account over the phone, had my prescription transferred from another pharmacy, and saved me $32 dollars for a prescription that I was paying almost $50 dollars every two months. I will be saving $200 dollars on one prescription this year. Never assume that your insurance is giving you the best price. Almost all of the discount cards are free. I am afraid of needles but I had to get the shot and my Dr referred me to Stines. I was so upset, anxious and stressed and in pain . All I can say is I have never had someone , as nice and gentle give me a needle , especially for tetanus and I barely felt it I was so shocked and the owner Mark Gravenstine was super friendly and it was close to closing but he didn't rush and having someone treat you so well, is rare these days. Mr. Gravenstine did an amazing job , since I have had my own GP office, give me needles that I def felt and hurt. You def remember a bad experience and getting needles is something I try to avoid but when I got the tetanus shot and it did not hurt & honestly could hardly feel it . It's located on Route 38 on Burlington county a homey style brick building that caters to medical needs of all kinds. They are one of the few compounding pharmacies in the state.
