Aside from being really tired and thus not being able to figure out what door was the entrance door compared to the exit door (...), the experience was quite fine and drug-store-like. As in, I found the candy, paid, and left. The parking lot is a bear. Good luck exiting if you're leaving during active town hours. Unless you're making a right -- in which case you're fine. You have to keep calling…read moreto find out when they will get around to filling them. in the past year I have received someone else's prescriptions, mine had to be hunted down because they were delivered to the wrong town, twice I did not get scripts I needed to take PRIOR to surgery and had the added aggravation of trying to get new ones in time, and generally having to wait anywhere from 4-7 days until I can get a newly prescribed medication. Right now I am without a standard script because they didn't follow up on renewing and even though I had my doctor intervene 2 days ago, they still say it is "processing". This is the last straw and I am cancelling my account there as soon as I can get my script. Their drive thru is a big help for me as I have stage IV cancer and Iive near by BUT the frustration and aggravation is NOT worth it.

My rapid test at home was negative but I have symptoms and so work wants a negative PCR. They have no record of my appt and then tell me that my insurance has no record of me. I think it that was true I would have known sooner than December. My insurance has t changed, it's the same one in their system. My appt was for 4:15, it's not 4:45 and they keep saying one moment. I'm about ready to go to patient first and get my test there because with this level of incompetence I doubt I'll get my results or that they'll even be send out correctly.

I have smelled the carpets, the walls, and several of the employees (from 2 feet away) but cannot identify the source of the smell. It's possible that the odor could be coming from the back fridges. If that's the case, whether the fridges themselves or the assorted bottled beverages in the case are housing mold and/or mildew remains unclear. I like to take 4 puffs of my albuterol inhaler (please talk to your doctor and do not take this is medical advice) before entering so I can enjoy my experience walking to the nipple covers in the second to last aisle on the right facing the back door as if you walked in the front door off of King's Highway. The staff is always pleasant which is a small miracle considering the unpleasant smell they must have become desensitized to. I hope CVS Corporation renovates this location next because the five star employees here deserve a five star work place. I give this CVS 3 stars because 'number 3' rhymes with 'mildewy.'
