I've been coming here often on since they opened. The guy that's always there (forget his name but from Minnesota)is always friendly. I never felt stupid asking about e-cigarettes, parts or accessories. In some instances, it felt like it was educational session. You can tell he's passionate and very knowledgeable. I was treated like a person and not just another noob. If I ever needed something, this is my go to place. They usually always have a great selection of inventory. This place is great! Honest, no BS sales pitch,Sarah and Tex will give advice as to what is best for you, not what they might make the best profit margin on. I was looking for a specific e juice and wasn't told "this is the same thing" I got " if you've found one you like somewhere, you probably ought to pick up that one at that store". I'll have to write a more detailed review after next time I visit since I only went once a few months back but I was pretty happy with my experience here. Only reason I haven't gone back is that I don't find myself in that area frequently. They had a decent selection of liquids including some interesting combinations I've never seen before. I kept it simple and Banana treated me well (I believe it was either 14mg or 16mg nicotine). I can't remember exactly what intervals they offer for nic level but they are available in small enough increments to accommodate pretty much anyone's tolerance. Most juices are ready to go but mixed in house, but as I understand they will also mix custom juice upon request (and possibly a small fee). If I recall they only sell 30mL bottles. I was not into rebuilding yet when I visited so I can't speak to the selection of RBA's and advanced PV's, but the hardware selection in general was pretty good. It was the first place that I saw the Protank Mini II, and I grabbed one which treated me well when I was still using an eGo style battery. That rig has since been handed down to an ex-girlfriend and I'm pretty sure it's still going strong. Customer service was pretty good and the guy who helped me was very knowledgable. He was able to describe the features of the products I asked about in detail. The punch card reward system is another plus for people who get there more frequently than I do. Solid place all around. Trent, the manager, is a great dude, along with being knowledgeable and willing to help you no matter how long it takes. Wade, another member of the staff, is fairly new but he is also very friendly and always willing to help. After buying an Innokin MPV 3 Pro at another vape shop when I went to Innokin's website to verify it's authenticity the code wasn't on the package and even though the other vape shop claims it's an authorized Innokin dealer, Innokin doesn't have it on their website. This raised red flags after the fact and I saw that Vapor Works was on the Innokin website so I contacted them to see if they could have a look at the mod and see if it was authentic. Trent said he would take a look at it and he did indeed verify it was genuine. I was relieved to know that I wasn't ripped off by the other shop and Trent was really knowledgeable so I saw he had the TFV4 and I was really wanting to get one for my tank collection. I went ahead and bought it along with a new drip tip, some glass bands to protect the glass from breakage and he really was very helpful answering my questions about counterfeits and amperages when recharging mods. You see the problem right now is that all these cheap counterfeits flooding the markets and on ebay etc are dangerous as hell. Some things to keep in mind when purchasing a vape kit is that you want the genuine thing because then you know it's got the proper batteries (not the kind that are inferior and can explode like the ones in the news and the ones in the hover boards). These high powered batteries can't be taken lightly and for the $10 or $20 you save on clones, you are taking a big risk with shoddy batteries and inferior garbage quality. It's good to know Vape Works are authorized dealers and not scam artists so don't get taken in by inferior junk passed off as genuine. If the price seems too low you can bet there is a good reason for it! Thanks to Trent for his knowledge and friendly demeanor in tackling my concerns as well as his honesty. I'll definitely be driving out of my way to do business with Vape Works in the future. Safety and quality is the name of the game here. read more

The first time I went in I was impressed. Great Customer service and have the supplies and brands I need. I was told I can call ahead and if they don't have it on hand he can tell me when he will have it or if he can get it. They have the needle tips for the vapor liquid and when I asked if he sells them he said "No, I give them to my customers". They also have the punch card you fill up for a free bottle. The flavor tasting set up in this store is great! They will even mix you a custom flavor. Fridays after 5 they have happy hour specials. read more

This guy doesn't have much of a web presence so you'll have to go in store for anything you want. My husband is a huge fan of their Blue Moon juice and they always take the time to make his experience pleasant and informative. I went to vape works today.. I have a drip and I'm experienced with vapes. This store has a sucky selection of vapes and juices. I've been to a lot of shops and this one is by far the worst. The juice is very thin and liquidly and they don't make it fresh like most shops. Unhappy with my flavor and service wasn't great either :/ read more

Very cool place! The owners are very friendly and chilled. They have a huge selection of flavors, and all are available to sample before you buy. They recently came out with cotton candy flavored oil, and it smells and tastes great! Also a wide variety of batteries, chargers, battery covers, tanks, atomizers, and all in one starter kits! Everything is reasonably priced. When you first come in, you get a punch card. Every time you buy a bottle of oil, you get your card punched. When your card is filled up, you get a free bottle of oil! They also have happy hour specials on the weekends. You'll have to check to see which special is going on when you go in. But I've been going here for the last six months, and am very satisfied! Definitely worth checking out! read more

Andrew is very knowledgable and helpful as I needed to purchase a new mod because the sub tank I bought did not work with the probation mod I had.
