I bought my first e-cig from this store and it came with two coils. I spent a total of $70.23. Within 3 days, BOTH coils had stopped working. And they both had ejuice in them so I know I didn't burn them up. When I tried to return them for a replacement, they would not do it claiming that they don't manufacture the product. Like that was a valid excuse!! Instead, I was offered a 15% discount to purchase more coils. I mean are you serious?!?! I couldn't believe my ears. I grew up with a parent who owned a small business, so I try to support small business. However, this place and the owner, Tim, will NEVER get another dime from me. BUYER BEWARE!! read more

***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION*** ***There are 10+ other Vape Stores within a 2 mile vicinity with MORE inventory, lower costs, and competent staff.*** The manager is incompetent. They will risk your physical health because he's so incompetent, he doesn't understand Texas State Law. They pressure you for enormous tips when you swipe your card - it is the first prompt when you insert your card. They stare at you unless you tip them. And the MINIMUM "suggested" tip amount is between $3-10 for ONE vape. $15+ if you buy multiple/spend more money. If you don't tip them they glare at you like you've personally offended them. Their female employee has an attitude issue and does not handle anything but 100% sweetness well. Unless a non-manager male employee is there, expect to be treated terribly if you are anything but fake southern charm nice with this female employee or the manager. Trust me when I say, pick ANY other vape shop. They have more inventory and do not pressure for tips. Plus every other vape shop in 75006 has competent managers. Please advise. read more

In this day and age, reminiscent of Starbucks, in this area there are vape shops on top of vape shops. However, if I ever move, I will gladly make the drive back to Vapor Land. It is easy to find, has hours 7 days a week, a staff that was hand picked and top shelf!!! And, 100% kosher VG! (In addition to PG/VG blends and CBD oils) Ehab was a pharmacist in his previous line of work and understands the intricacies of the contents he uses to make his juices. If you go anywhere else, and I have mystery shopped on my own around the metroplex just to see what others say, you may be told that there is no such thing as 100% VG and that only a PG/ VG mix is made. That is what I was told at literally every other shop I went to. Well my friends, that is total crap! It is likely more expensive to make 100% kosher VG and I assume that is why most shops don't offer it. I get mouth sores, a cough, dry and cracked lips and a sore throat from PG. It wasn't until I discovered pure VG that I was able to quit smoking. Not only can you get an enormous variety of yummy flavors (with new ones added monthly) but you can customize strengths from 0mg on up. (0mg if you just enjoy vaping but quit nicotine altogether) This is not the gas station/corner store variety mediocre juice you can get anywhere and for the quality you receive here, the price you pay isn't that much more, PLUS every other Friday is Bogo (even the 50ml bottles) for .25 so you can stock up twice a month! How can you beat that? The mods may be a lil pricey but, if you want ladies and gents who know what the 'hello' they are talking about and quality, brand name options, at the very least, go in and ask about them there. Tina, Jen and Johnny have never steered me wrong. You get what you pay for and even on my limited budget, I would pay more for the quality of product and service I consistently receive at Vapor Land. Went there yesterday to get a vape charger that I thought I needed. Came home to find out I already had the same charger. Called today to tell them I had a duplicate charger and that I needed to return it, possibly to get something else, but was told they don't do returns...on ANYTHING. I don't see what the reason for a receipt is if you can't return anything! This is absolutely the most ridiculous form of treatment to a potential future customer! Terrible business sense! I always get the best customer service here. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The vape juice is great. They always have great flavors that I love with the easy to dispense bottles. The squeeze bottles are so much easier for me that the ones with the droppers in them. I just hate the dropper kinds since I make a mess with them. read more

I'm new to vaping and wanted to find an all day flavor. I was smoking a pack a day and I wanted 12mg and thats what I thought I bought. After getting two other veteran vapors opinions they said it wasn't even close to 12mg, not even close to a 6mg. Customer service was great though. read more
