Had a good experience in this spot. Ashley was my Vape Tender. She was helpful and nice. They have a cool lounge area and cool lite up bars. Their happy hour specials promotes to their house line which is good. They had the biggest selection in Addison as far as Hardware. The only downfall is no tester tanks. Long time customer wont be coming back! I have been going to this store for at least 6 months but today is the last. The service has gone down the tubes.. A manager (guy with a brown beard) talked me into buying a battery. I told him I wanted to purchase just the battery. As I stand and wait for him to ring me up, he stops and waits on another lady who walks through the door. While having a full on conversation about budget envelopes he chit chats with her while I patiently wait for him to ring me up. She buys coils and he rings her up, all while chit chatting away. After she leaves and he sees me awkwardly standing there he apologies and rings me up. That was very poor service, but no biggie. I understand people make mistakes and I have been taken care of well to this point so I didn't make a fuss about it. I brought the battery home. I did not like the clouds it produced and it didn't seem to charge properly. I brought it back today to get a refund. The same manager was there and I explained to him what happened. He apathetically told me that they will not accept the return. I told him that I come here all the time and if this is the best they can do I won't be coming back. He looked at me like he could care less. Then he tried to say he always takes back my exchanges. I have never exchanged anything to this place. Not sure if he has me confused with someone else, or just saying anything to make me go away. I asked him one more time if he will return the item that i don't like nor works properly. He said, "no". Okay, well there are a ton of over vape shops on Beltline alone. If this place doesn't value my business I'm sure one of them will. Goodbye Green Vapor! read more

I was visiting Texas for a job opportunity to relocate and I didn't pack enough pods for my Myle to get me through my stay. I googled vape shops and came across Green Vapor and I left satisfied. They didn't have the pods for my particular vape but Ashley at the desk was super knowledgeable and friendly and helped me pick something that was affordable, similar to what I had and even gave suggestions where I could get Myle pods in the future. Josh but Chris was just as engaging! My mother and I were on a mission to buy her Five Pawns lucena Juice and she swears that Green Vapor is THE PLACE to go! So I drove her from my place in McKinney to her spot in Addison Green Vapor!!!(She's been vaping for years unlike myself, I'm kind of new to the world of vape) We were greeted immediately upon our arrival and though there were only two associates working, and each of them engaging with other customers they were quick to address our needs. Sadly We discovered that Green Vapor had just shipped all of their remaining Five Pawns juice back to Five Pawns ognly a short time before we arrived. My mom felt really disappointed as this was her only mission that day and she really needed a pick me up. HOWEVER- Have no fear- Green Vapor to the rescue Josh began placing samples of vape juice on the bar in front of us to get as close to her Lucena juice palate as possible. Some juices he described the flavors of and ingredients in them as we tasted them...some we tasted with our eyes closed and imaginations open to depict the flavors on our own. He watched, and listened, and probed our imaginations playfully exciting our palates until finally, tantalizingly he hit all the right spots Josh had a way of knowing exactly what was needed He really exceeded any expectations you would have of most people in general, but went far beyond the call of dutyto make us happy And even though my interaction with Chris was limited I could tell by the interaction he had with the other customers that he also goes beyond the call of duty This is definitely a "regulars" type of place. They really treated each customer like they were the only customer in that place with the level of attentiveness to each person. It really showed that their number one absolute goal was to make sure that their people are happy happy customers before walking out of there in a very natural not forced type of way. I was listening to the employee behind the counter speaking to another customer about how the wholesale prices are so low(5$) compared to the 30$ that I paid the day before for my 100mil I was holding in my hand. It came to my turn and I explained to the employee that the juice I just bought 24 hours ago had turned 10 to 15 shades darker within that period and started tasting horrible. I asked if I could exchange it for something else. I was told that that was not possible due to the fact it could have been tampered I wish I could give half a star. As I stood there waiting my turn. This could have been due to the shocked look on my face. WHAT?!?!?! Second, why would you want to resell it? I just told you it tasted horrible and something was wrong with it! Didn't know this was how they ran their business. Third, what happened to stand by your product? It's not like she hasn't seen me before. I have been going here exclusively for at least the past two years, and she's the one who sold me the bottle the day before!! Fourth, if your paying pennies on the dollar what would it hurt to exchange something you can clearly see is bad "this stuff is dark, and not normally so". Plus, you would have also kept a loyal paying customer. I have friends at work I have been telling about how awesome this place is and recommending that they go there. I will be advising them against doing so now, and I myself will never go there again. I don't recommend you do either. Make sure you call and ask if they have what you want in stock. Not if they sell it, but if they have it in stock. Seriously, the owner is complete garbage and notorious for not ordering what sells. I get the same order every single week of about six bottles of she's a dime. In two weeks, they've had a grand total of one bottle for sale. Vapor shark up the road may not have what you're looking for, but if you can find a substitute or something you like there, they'll at least stock it. read more

Not only did I get to try out some great flavors, Josh also rebuild my crapy coil and made me a twisted coil for free!. This the most comfortable I've felt in a vapor store. This place has landed 5 stars for my review because they were so inviting and didn't have to build me coil for free but they, he did. ***Leave a 5-star review on Google and mention Julia's name and get 10% off your order.*** Went in and was told most flavors they carry only go up to 6mg nicotine or jump from 6mg to 12mg with nothing in-between. I wanted 8mg and was told to just get a stronger coil and up the wattage on my vape to make it seem like there was more nicotine. Julia was helpful but gave me 60ml bottles without even asking what size I wanted or telling me the sizes they carried. That's unfortunate because the juice I got tasted terrible and burnt even though Julia insisted it was amazing and the only thing she vaped. I did leave a 5-star review to get the promised discount but felt the need to change it to the truth after leaving. I wouldn't go here again or recommend it to anyone. I have been a regular at this store for years. Until the most recent employee I have always gotten exceptional service from the people behind the counter. The owner, on the other hand, cannot seem to keep anything in stock even when he knows there are customers that buy it regularly. I am a loyal customer and for the last year have been placing multiple special orders (Since they were never in stock) for 0 mg juices, and always the same 2. I would go in every two weeks after placing special orders and it would take on average a month for them to get in the juice is that I consistently order. I don't know why I remained a loyal customer other than their proximity to my house. No More! I will now be driving an extra mile down the road to the Artisan Vapor Company where I couldn't help but laugh at the extensive list of 0 mg juices that they keep in stock regularly, not to mention the pool table, tv and generally welcoming atmosphere. They also have a customer loyalty program for frequent buyers. Also worth noting about Green vapor Addison, no masks or gloves were worn at any time by the kid behind the counter. I would highly recommend for anyone in the Addison area to go visit Artisan vapor Company and not waste your time with Green Vapor. read more

I just had my first experience with green vapor. I've been to a few others off of Beltline and my experience today was much better than any of the other shops. Brandon helped me today and was so helpful. I am new to vaping and he even set up my new tank for me. Funny enough the one I usually go to sent me to this one because of some of the changes they are making. Bad for them because I will continue to go back to green vapor vs the other shop!
