We wanted to like this place and drove away from the main road for a quick yet high-quality pit stop drawn by high reviews. Being caught in traffic, arrived 10 minutes before closing. The staff with little regret reported that they already started washing their espresso machine, so they could only do some ice coffee, lemonades, etc. With espresso-based beverages being main attraction of a coffee shop (otherwise people could go to 7 Eleven), having it shut in advance of closing is quite unexpected and illustrates lack of interest towards customer care excellence. Could you imagine Starbucks shop starting washing their machines in advance of closing? That's a recipe for going out of business. So they don't. On a bright side of things, the interior was nice and welcoming. Too bad the coffee in a coffee shop was absent. read more

Very cool coffee shop in Old Pooler. The turn into the strip comes of quick, so be mindful that you don't miss it. It shares a lot with two other business, but parking wasn't too much of an issue. The coffee was really good! I was able to make it my own. I like the different areas for seating, but he mindful of where you sit if you're there to get some work done. Many patrons come in and play games. There's also a conference room, which is very cool! And the outdoor patio area looks awesome, they had the fire pit going when I was there. Normal prices for a coffee shop, and they have some items for sale from a local vendor. Some areas are also right under the speakers, so again, if you're coming here to work, scope out a good spot before starting your work. read more

Stir Coffee Co is worth the visit! They are a local coffee and cafe company I enjoyed. The location itself can be a little difficult to navigate to. There is a large sign off the road to help you to find it. They are located off of US 80. You will need to go past Polk's plus and keep going until you around the large curve. It will be on your right, you will see the sign. They are located between a garage and church. There is a parking lot too. The inside is incredibly spacious! Make sure to walk around behind the counter to the area behind it. And check out upstairs too. There are a variety of seating and tables everywhere. I enjoyed my cortado. I got mine with oat milk and their house made brown sugar cinnamon syrup. They have all the classics on the menu, plus specials. The menu also includes food. I did not try any personally. But I must say from what I saw in the case and cooler it all looked delicious. The staff was inviting and kind. They answered my questions. It did not take long at all for my coffee to be made. I also noted that the staff seemed to know quite a few people by name. I thought this was very nice. It makes people feel special. It also makes this place feel more local. Wish I'd been able to spend some time here as there's tons of seating (upstairs and downstairs) and it was pretty quiet. My friend and I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and were told they were closed to the public because of it being open for church folks. A little different, but the barista still took our orders. I got a cinnamon brown sugar iced macchiato (flavoring made in house, I was told) with skim milk. There are pastries and other cafe foods available in a cooler, and your standard coffee shop drinks. My drink was very good! They have bunches of tables inside and outside, plus a patio. If I hadn't come down with a cold while visiting friends in town, I'd have worked from here one day. Delicious food! I had the quiche which was very tasty, and a house designed Bee-licious latte. My son had the brownie (it was huge and fudgey and they warmed it up) and a smoothie. I was driving along and saw the open banner out on the road. I'm so glad I stopped in. The girls are so sweet and recommended a "gingerbread white mocha" because I didn't know what I wanted and it is delicious as it sounds. They also have items such as quiche, baked goods, and sandwiches . The space is so welcoming and cozy, they even have outdoor seating with a beautiful patio in the back. I was also told there was a conference room upstairs as well. I'm so excited about this addition to Pooler! Top 3 spots in Pooler you can't miss if you're in the area! Tip! Love the food, service and people here. But, the bath room is really bad. The door to the bathroom, floor , walls, dispenser etc haven't been cleaned since Covid. The vent in the restaurant is so not clean. The station where the sugar etc is also needs a deep clean I will go back but please clean. read more

It has a quiet library vibe going on. There's tables downstairs, a nice room tucked in the back with couches and a large fireplace, a great outdoor patio and tons of seating upstairs! I ordered a latte with oat milk with a hint of roasted marshmallows. Not only was the service great, the atmosphere is super comfy with couches to lounge and feel at home while away from home. There are two floors and to my surprise, upstairs was just as, if not comfier. I enjoyed a hot cup of coffee while I got some computer work done and did not even notice the time pass. I noticed many others walking around and admiring the interior and the beautiful paintings that are displayed althroughout the cafe ( I believe works of local artists). I'm all about supporting local shops and artists so stir coffee was a pleasant surprise. I had zero plans to check out a new spot but I'm glad I found this place. When I travel I always look for local coffee shops. While in Savannah my daughter told me there was a new shop in town so I had to try it. This is a great shop, well designed with several seating areas. But great ambiance does not mean great Coffee. However, Stir Coffee gets 5 stars from me on both. The shop and the employees were top notch, the prices were very reasonable, but the coffee is what earned my 5 Star Review. If you are in Savannah, visit Stir Coffee. You will be glad that you did. (My drink of choice is a Small Breve Flat White with only about 60% of the milk as the drink would normally be served. About half way between a Cortado and a traditional Flat White.
